3/20/2017 Chrysler Group - Great help from Chrysler Customer Care to
Great help from Chrysler Customer Care to investigate the repair problem and refund part expenditures I made to repair my vehicle. The local dealer said they could not proceed through emissions diagnostics for a MIL until the PCV was changed, which happened to be a part not covered under lifetime warranty. I purchased the Mopar part (which came serviced with a valve cover - unusual) and installed it myself, then took the vehicle back to the dealer to complete the emissions diagnostic. Result was a leaking EGR gasket (99 cents) which I also changed myself - and cleared the MIL code.
After emailing copies of the receipts, I received a refund check in the mail.

THANKS CHRYSLER - GOOD JOB!

5/30/2016 Chrysler Group - I'm a former CJDR dealer. I have a 2011 Jeep
I'm a former CJDR dealer. I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 70,000 miles on it. I personally purchased this vehicle in 2013. Recently, I 've had small issues with the AC. I recall sometime ago when I had my dealership that we had several complaints with the AC on the Grand Cherokee's. Now, I'm faced with this problem. The Evaporator needs to be replaced with a total charge of $1300.00 plus tax. Since this has been an ongoing problem with this product, I'm asking for financial assistance from the Chrysler Corp. Please do get with me ASAP.

12/17/2015 Chrysler Group - I bought a new 2014 Chrysler 300s and problems
I bought a new 2014 Chrysler 300s. I started having problems with the radio about a month after I purchased it. I went back to the dealership, first they were talking about taking one out of another car, but realized the radios were not interchangeable. They tried to repair it and it worked for a little while, maybe a month or two. So back to the dealership again for the same thing. Long story short, it is now Dec 2015 and just now had another radio put in making this the 5th attempt to correct a problem that existed when I first bought the car. Even went to arbitration but to no avail. I will NEVER buy another Chrysler vehicle. Bad experience all around. I bought the car because of the features but have yet to enjoy them.

10/9/2015 Chrysler Group - Where do I begin in this nightmare? I have a 2013
Where do I begin in this nightmare? I have a 2013 Ram 3500 Dually crew cab 4x4 with Cummins Diesel. I have had a service air bag light on my dash for over 30,000 miles. The truck has been worked on by my dealer Cartown Chrysler of Paris for at least 13 times for the same problem. They have replaced every part that goes with the system. Clock spring (2 times) Air Bag in Steering wheel, ROC module, Wiring Harness, Checked fuses, rewired Squib 1, rewired Squib 2, claimed to have taken the seats out which was a lie because I took pictures of the truck seat bolts and I marked them with paint, and the paint marked never moved. Also the dust under the seats was still there from my farming operation. They have kept the truck over night 9 times, and call to say its fixed. Before I get home which is a 40 mile drive the light comes back on. Once, the light came on before I left the dealer parking lot. They claim to have asked a dealer tech to help, but then slipped up and said they asked Star again. My truck is a piece of $50,000 junk that can not be fixed. I am driving a truck in which the air bags will not deploy in an accident if the light is on, or it could deploy at any moment according to the service techs at Chrysler. I contacted customer care at Fiat Chrysler and was told that if I seek leagal action they can not fix my truck. This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned. I was also told that I must rent a car from Enterprise, and if it is not a Chrysler they will not reimburse me my money. On top of this I make my payments to the bank and have no truck to show for it.

I am PO'd. I have 2011 T&C(love the van) with garmin in dash that needs updated at a cost of $149.00. I don't understand why I should pay for this update when I paid for the upgraded radio W/navi and was never told that this would happen. We can buy a portable Garmin at Best Buy for $149.00 or less that comes up lifetime updates. What's up with that? Total BS !

My Ram 3500 was assembled in Mexico by people that live in refrigerator boxes. I do not have a problemth the components of the truck. I do have a serious problem with the quality control of the assembly process. I truly believe that if my truck was assembled in the rust belt of the USA, I would not have the problems I am having.

5/17/2015 Chrysler Group - I have a general concern about my !993 Jeep Grand
I have a general concern about my !993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Vin PC552462. I have completely restored this vehicle to a near new condition. It ha s close to 200,000 miles and it still runs great. My ISSUE is I can not fix the WASHER SENSOR. The center information counsel works and the bleep noise works and the blinking light works and it is annoying. I contacted the local Jeep dealer Swantys (Bull Head City Az) and stated the jeep is old. Yes, I realize it is not a new jeep. But, it is still a Chrysler product. I have searched at junk yards but no matching reservoir and sensor matching mine are ever found. I have soaked the sensor in CLR and cleaned the foam and electric pins but still no good. I have tried Jeep Forum but they are just talk. Jeep over stock.com no help. The QUESTION is why can it not just be disconnected. Swantys service writer told me it was connected to the control module ok.. well the jeep stop running? He didn't know.......Can you shed any light on this problem. Thank you.

If I could leave negative twenty stars I would, chrysler doesn't even deserve one star.
I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander and from day one have had nothing but problems with it. The problems are what every jeep customer seems to be having.
1. The exhaust manifold bolts shear off leaving the customer with a $1500 to $1800 fix and it is not just one side that does it both do it; in my case they did it exactly one year apart. Not to mention the transmission blowing up.
I have had my vehicle into the dealership 15 times and they say they fix it and right back it goes.
This last time I was lead on by a case manager at chrysler. You are told to call chrysler and they will start a case and promise you that they will help you in any way they can; which includes a rental car.
I took my commander in again for the exhaust leak and the blower motor which is another thing that should have been a recall on chryslers dime as should be the exhaust.
Anyway bring in the car on tuesday, the stealership as well as chrysler tells me they will get on it right away. I wait to hear from the stealership as well as the case rep at chrysler for two days while I rented the cheapest vehicle ( chrysler says they are going to cover it). I don't hear from anyone, so I call both the stealership and my so called case manger and left two messages for both. Now on the third day I still hear nothing form either one, so I call in the morning and in the afternoon. Surprise neither one calls me back, now I have the rental still adding up money. On the 4th day I call and finally get a hold of the case manager and she tells me she is waiting to hear back from the stealership and what the problem is and tries to reassure me that they are going to cover everything. finally the stealership and chrysler get together and figure out what it happening. So the case manager calls me back and informs me that the car is out of warranty and that I have to pay for the repairs and the rental. Great so something that is a major defect in the vehicle is my fault and I have to pay to have it fixed as well as I get stuck with the rental.
Thanks chrysler for really screwing up my time and money just before Christmas.
Long story short....yes this is just this weeks problem, I could tell you the whole 15 times I took the commander back and forth and all the BS that went along with that.
MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM ANY AND ALL CHRYSLER PRODUCTS.
CHRYSLER DOES NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL.
ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOU ARE LOCKED INTO ONE OF THEIR POS VEHICLES AND YOU ARE UPSIDE DOWN IN PAYMENTS THEY BASICALLY TELL YOU TO GO FU#$ YOUR SELF.
CHRYSLER'S MOTO ONCE WE HAVE YOU AND YOUR MONEY, BEND OVER.
