On 02/22/2012, I purchase a 2012 Dodge Charger with only 250 miles. I took it in for first oil change and the dealership returned my car to me with the check engine light on. Okay know when I brought it to them the check engine light wasn't on. The next day they contact me let me know that the stirring modulator went out. This is my third Chrysler vehicle. I had a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in the shop ten times for transmission problems. They also replace my starter on that vehicle three times. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER VEHICLE. Three times you are out!!!!!!!

To the person with the comment on the Chrysler 300c on 11/18/2011...I had the same problem and it was the rado that was the cause. It drains the engine and the car stops. Get someone to look at the radio....mine stopped just after 100,000 kms so it was not under warranty.....pathetic!!!! I had the same pathetic runaround. Good luck. Mandy

I have a 1997 Dakota, SLT, Automatic, 3.9L, 6 cylinder with 82,000 miles and I have had the same problem since 2010. Driving down the street or Highway it will stall on me and after a distance of coasting it will often times restart on its own. It will generally stall again and most of the time I will need to pull over and stop because I will lose total steering power. After a short period of time I can restart it again and it will run as if nothing happened. I will generally switch the ignition off and on while waiting and if that helps I'm not sure. I have had it to an independent shop at least 3 times to no avail and after several hundreds of dollars I decided to take it to our local Chrysler Dealership. Three trips to the Dealership Service Dept. and again to no avail and several hundreds of dollars. Total cost to-date is $1100.00. All kinds of parts have been replaced. General distance between stalls is abt. 30 miles. Maximum distance was 125 miles. I need a solution. My pickup is in very good condition and I don't need a different one. At this point I feel it has zero trade-in value due to the stall condition.

I am writing this letter today to express my sincere disappointment in your “Award-Winning Technicians”. As you are aware I have been complaining about the noise under the hood of my van scents late July of 2011, at first I was told that someone in the service department drove my van and could not detect any unusual noise. When Jim picked me up, in my van, the noise was very obvious to both of us. I was preparing to for vacation in November so I returned for a checkup and a leak repair, also I wanted to know once again what was causing that by now louder and very annoying noise. Again, when I picked up the van nothing had been mentioned about the noise, I was told it was coming from the transmission and it would not do any damage nor cause the van to stop running. I took my trip and along the way the noise got louder and louder. On March 1, 2012 for the third time I brought my van back with the direction to diagnose this loud noise problem once and for all. Later that day you called with the information that I would have to have a new transmission, you stated that your technicians had gone over the van; put it up on the rack and could hear the noise and the noise would only continue to get louder until the transmission was replaced. I picked up my van along with your ticket # 272646 explaining your cost for this repair, re-manufactured transmission $3927.66. I decided to seek a second opinion and found an independent transmission shop; on March 13, 2012 I took my van in the owner drove it, heard the noise, lifted the hood turned to me and said you have a bad alternator, all in less than 5 minutes. He replaced the alternator charged me $445.73 that included tax and I was on my way in less than an hour, no more noise. My dilemma is, what if I had brought my van back to you for the $3927.66 repair, and your “Award-Winning Technicians” would have changed my transmission, charged me the $3927.66 and the noise was still there. What would have happened then? I have done business with Mall Of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep scents 1995 (two vans ago) way before that five star rating was granted. I have spent many thousands of dollars there to assure that my van was in the very best condition possible. Now I question my decision, I have reviewed all of the invoices for this van and have found several errors that wound up costing me lots money. I have had my alternator replaced the A/C repaired and three new tires all for much less than the transmission that your tech’s would have done wrong. I will not be back ever.

we bought a 2009 pt cruiser in feb.2011(used with 46 km) and we didnt go through a full winter, it is Jan 4 2012, and we are having a problem with the door hindges and we went to have them inspected by them and we were told that they wouldn't fix it. Is it possible that this could happen in a 2 year car.We went around to other places and we were informed that this should not happen in a two year car. I am pissed.

Don't buy a Chrysler unless you are rich enough to afford a new one and expect any assistance with making your vehicle safe for the handicapped. People who are on a fixed income are out of luck. Unless you get on one of those 15 minutes of fame shows where the auto company can pretend to the world that they give a damn.

So I bought a 2009 Challenger brand new. It now has 16,800 miles. I bought it in April in December the same year it started having major issues with the key fob. It regitisters "Key Fob Not Detected" on the display. It totally disables the car. You cant lock, unlock, start,nada....nothing. The dealership dosen't seem to have the fix for it. I am so frustrated. They have replaced key fob(s) flashed the computer all for not. Has anyone else had this problem and better yet have you been able to fix it?

I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 that when slowing down or stopping, the engine DIES. I paid the Chrysler dealership over $700 and they said the problem was fixed. Igot it home and within one week it was doing the same thing. I took the car back and was told they could not find anything wrong with it. They kept the car for 2 days and returned it to me saying that the car ran fine while they had it. I complained to the service manager and he said to drive it for awhile and if I had anymore trouble to bring it back. Well...I had to go back and they keep it for a week this time and told me that was battery was dead, although I drove it there. Guess the battery died after sitting there for a week or was it. They added an additional 38 miles onto my car?? I paid another $127 for a battery. My car is now parked at home just sitting until I can find someone with enough brains to fix it. It does not appear that the Chrysler dealership can fix it. This is the last Chryler that I will ever purchase. I love my Chrysler 300, but when you can't trust the company that manufactured it to repair it, in my opinion, it is better to just not purchase cars from them!

My wife and I have owned a Jeep Cherokee now for over 20 years. We like the Jeep Cherokee 4 X 4 and we are looking to buy another one. Is there anyway we could check to see if we pre-qualify for the 0% financing with Chrysler. If not we may have to wait a while before we trade. We last purchsed a 2004 Jeep Cherokee new in 2003, it was a early release model or so we were told at the time. Can you let me know what we need to do frm here. We are also looking at the Honda Pilot, my wife really likes this auto. Robert & Sylvia Hottinger
