  1. I also am frustrated with Jo-Ann’s receipts. Even a Jo-Ann’s store manager could not explain to me which discounts applied to which items on the receipt.

  2. Store 3275 .I shopped this store and another Joann on same day. This store had only two people working the floor One was the acting Manager from a different store and one was the fabric cutter. The lines at fabric were very long almost 10 people long and there was a fabric sale for Easter. It became a very long shopping trip. I will go back due to the fact that it wasn’t the workers fault.

  3. Went to store 1607. The cashier was extremely rude to us as well as the people before and after us. We ended up returning everything we brought and going somewhere else. The girl who did our return was very helpful and pleasant and had to listen to the rude cashier while helping us. Won’t be going back there!

  4. Great sewing/knitting/crafting supply store! I’m a frequent shopper at both the Venice and Sarasota stores in Florida. I was delighted to be invited to take part in a survey…..only to be denied! No Survey!! Please don’t tease us with nonexistant offers!
