8/4/2015 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - 2011 CHARGER R/T (BEEN A GREAT RIDE TILL TODAY)
2011 CHARGER R/T (BEEN A GREAT RIDE TILL TODAY) BROKE DOWN. CALLED CHRYSLER ROADSIDE. CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON, AND SERVICE WAS 5 STAR. THE VOICE MAILS KEEPING ME INFORMED ON THE STATUS & TIME OF ARRIVAL OF TOW TRUCK MAKES ONE RELAXED, NOT WONDERING WHEN SERVICE WILL ARRIVE. HOPE I NEVER NEED SERVICE AGAIN, BUT KNOWING THERE IS A SERVICE AVAILABLE OF THIS QUALITY, WILL MAKE DRIVING MY CHARGER THAT MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE.

7/2/2015 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - Long delays when calling roadside assistance
Long delays when calling roadside assistance. I'm glad I'm not stuck out on the road. I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes so far. I'm about to give up and call a wrecker and have them charge it to the dealer. I guess that's what they want.

3/13/2015 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - 2014 Jeep Cherokee - flat tire waited 1 hour for
2014 Jeep Cherokee - flat tire waited 1 hour for first arrival. Very helpful - we just were unsuccessful with inflating tire. Used fix a flat - later advised at auto shop that this liquid should never be used on newer vehicles due to tire pressure sensors! Now new tire sensor needed. (Back to 2nd call to Roadside assistance) because tire wasn't fixed. They dispatched 2nd truck with flatbed for tow. 1 hour later NO SHOW (based on eta text) the dispatched company # didn't work for follow up. Called Roadside assistance back and they also tried company )Towing Solution) with no response. It is now 11pm on Thursday night. Roadside assistance dispatched third
company for flatbed tow. The wait would be another hour. At this point I used my AAA membership and truck reached me in 30 minutes. Chrysler Roadside Assistance should do a better job screening / holding these companies accountable for not showing up. These new jeeps aren't equipped with spare tires or hardware to change the tire.

6/6/2014 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - My husband and I were towing our 5th wheel as we
My husband and I were towing our 5th wheel as we were leaving for a 2-week vacation. Eighty-one miles from our home in Washington, there was a "pop" and smoke started coming from the engine compartment. We were able to pull over to the side of the road safely. To make a long story short, we contacted Roadside Assistance no less than 4 times through the button on the mirror, each time telling the operator we were in a "dead zone" and did not have cell service. We were on the side of the road for 10 hours, believing 2 tow trucks were coming to our aid. Finally, the last call was placed at 11:00 PM and after being on hold for 20 minutes we were transferred to the tow company by Paul, the most helpful of all the customer service reps we had dealt with. The tow company had attempted to call us to verify our location and were unaware we had no cell service. "It would have been nice if they had told us" was the comment from the dispatcher. At 2:00 AM the tow trucks finally arrived and we arrived home at 4:00 AM.

Roadside Assistance was less than stellar, even after giving them our coordinates they were unable to be much help. When we finally had more than 1 bar on our cell phones, I discovered I had a call from Quebec and another from Florida. It's no wonder they didn't have a clue as to where we were, if they're located clear across the country. We might as well have been talking to "Bob" in India. Now comes the hassle of getting reimbursed for the cost of the tow home. If we had had cell service we would have called 1) our insurance 2) AAA and would have been covered with no problems - and it certainly wouldn't have taken 10 hours!

11/11/2013 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - Excellent customer service from Chrysler
I dont understand what i have been reading regarding the roadside assistance. I have had nothing but good experiences with the Chrysler service. over the past couple years i locked my keys in the car, had flats on two occasions and had my vehicle towed to my local dealer after i minor accident. In every case i was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, and was reimbursed in two weeks for the 89.00 dollar tow bill. Perhaps it's how you speak and deal with people that gets people in trouble.

On Sunday April 21, 2013 I was locked out of my car and Roadside assistance had the nerve to tell me that lock service was not included in my warranty. Which looking at the the warranty and lock service is included. I live in Texas and two of my dogs were locked in the car to make it worse.

2/27/2013 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ACCIDENT CLAIM DEPT. I HAD CALLED ROADSIDE FOR ASSISTANCE TO GET MY VEHICLE TOWED TO THE APPROPRIATE DEALERSHIP, LIKE ANY OTHER DAY THE TOWING COMPANY COMES, PICKS MY TRUCK FROM THE BACK WHEELS KNOWING AND SEEING THE TRUCK HAS A FIBERGLASS. TONNEUN TOP. SINCE HE GRABED THE REAR TIRES,AND DIDN'T CHECK TO SEE IF THE TOP WAS SECURED OF FASTENED. I TOWED IN THE PAST AND I WAS TAUGHT THE OPERATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARGO WHEATER FROM BEING SECURED ON THE TRUCK TO MAKING SURE IT IS SAFE TO TOW WITH WHAT EVER IT MAY BE. IN THIS CASE SEEMS NEGLEGENCE, THE RIGHT WAY WAS TO CHECK THE CARGO TO MAKE SUREMIF IT WAS SAFE TO TOW WITH THE REAR WITH A TOP INSTALLED, THEN MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICE. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN THE TOW COMPANY BACKED UP, RAISED THE REAR WHEELS STRAPPED IT IN. AND PULLED OUT OF MY DRIVE WAY AND TOOK OFF, AND WHILE DRIVING IN THE HIGH WAY THE TOP THAT WASN'T LOOKED TO SEE IF IT WAS FASTENED OPENED UP FACING THE WIND, BLEW OFF SMASHED THE TOP OF MY TRUCK AND SMASHING MY WINDSHIELD. THAT'S NOT THE WORST PART OF IT YET. SO THE COMPANY TOWS IT BACK TO THERE SHOP AND DON'T CALL ME, CLAIMS THEY CALLED ROADSIDE CLAIMS AND THEY WAS SUPPPOSE TO CALL ME, THIS HAPPEN FRIDAY NOON, SATURDAY COMES STILL NO CALL, LEFT VOICE MAIL 1888 551-1050 4times same thing Monday and same thing Tuesday , been without a vehicle for six days and still n call. Chrsyler needs to replace roadside with a company that cares about there customer. Out of work

12/20/2012 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - We have a 2012 jeep compass that we purchased just
We have a 2012 jeep compass that we purchased just a month ago and already it needed a tow back to the dealership for repairs. Called Chrysler roadside assistance and had a horrible experience. Service rep was terribly rude. We couldn't make any progress in trying to get our brand new vehicle hauled back to the dealership. Finally gave up and used our Triple A. The Triple A rep was very polite and had us all set up with a tow in about 5 minutes. He even called us back to check if the tow had arrived! Chrysler service rep could take a lesson from the Triple A folks. No wonder Chrysler needed a bail-out. Terrible customer service and faulty product. Chrysler should have been allowed to go under, sure didn't deserve taxpayer dollars to stay afloat!

5/30/2012 Chrysler Roadside Assistance - I would like to say good things but right now can
I would like to say good things but right now can not convince myself there are any. I have been trying for five months to get a refund on a towing charge!!! As instructed I wrote a letter with all appropriate (and requested) information attached in January. I have talked with 11 individuals regarding this issue. I have been promised, transferred, guaranteed and anything else you can think of this would be looked into and settled! Three of the 11 really tried to be helpful...the others I am not sure cared! I feel I have been extremely patient and understanding until about 1 1/2 months ago!!! Last week I was guaranteed help and satisfaction that I was finally being referred to the VERY OFFICE AND PERSON who handled reimbursements. GUESS WHAT!!?? It was the very same number and place I started out with 5 months ago! I own a 2-door/ 2010 and a 4-door/2011 Jeep Wrangler. At this point I would not do business with Chrysler!!!
