I was working with stockton hyundai, I was told that they will be able to help me purchase a vehicle regardless of my poor credit I spoke with three representative , got three different stories,one of the sales rep made me an appointment for a saturday(his day off) I stress to him that I wanted to get pre-approved before I came in, he said not a problem I email him a few times never got a reply, so I spoke with another rep, told them that I was told that I can do some of the paperwork on-line and via-email, and told them I only have $1000.00 and a car to trade in to help with the down payment I was told I misunderstood. I got emails stating what the rep told me. They never bother to call me or apologize, still ignoring my messages, I feel they didn't take me serious because of my poor credit but I was honest to them from the beginning, the promise they made to me that I will walk out with a new car, was false.

We own a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with 13,680 miles on the car. My wife had a blowout on the car and I then noticed a large bulge on the rear tire so I called HYUNDAI CUSTOMER SERVICE and was told that there was nothing they could do, I would need to contact KHUMO about the obviously defective tires they had put on the car when it was new. These tires are junk the day they go on the car as the sidewall is VERY THIN. So now I'm out of pocket $550.00 plus being unable to drive the car for 2 days. The car is also worthless in the snow as it reduces the engine speed to an idle as soon as it spins the front drive tires. If you have KHUMO TIRES on your car and value your life I would recommend you have them replaced ASAP. As for Hyundai I will not own another one.

I don't know if anyone looks at these comments, but i feel the service i received from the DennisDublin Hyundai dealership in the Columbus, Ohio area was sub-par, again. A little over two months ago i went in for an oil change and they told me my water hoses were leaking so i had them go ahead and change the hoses. after leaving the dealership i noticed my vehicle was overheating which had not been an issue before. the next day i checked my top resevoir and it was dry. After adding some water and coolant to bring it up to the recommended level that issue went away. This after charging me more than the estimate given. At that visit they recommended i keep an eye on some under vehicle stabilizing issues. I notice it was shaking a little and last week i took it back for service; and they replaced a control arm, did an alignment, and worked on the front brakes as well as a few other items and after spending over $1200, it shakes worse than before. I am not sure what they did - but now am left with thinking about who i should take my vehicle to, to be looked at. As with many other people, i am very busy, and just do not have the time to back for service, that should have been fixed right the first time.

5/20/2014 Hyundai no donut spare tire - What am I do when I have a blowout?
What the hell am i supposed to do when I had a blow out and to my surprise there was no donut to change tire so I could get on my way. There wasn't even tools to take the tire off!!!! Had to use roadside assistance. They would only tow me to a dealership within 20 miles. Would it really cost that much to put a donut , jack and lug wrench in the trunk. I am so pissed about this that I promise to get my moneys worth out of your roadside assistance program. I would have been screwed if I had this problem while on my road trip to Dallas this weekend.

replacement but i spend few hour for doing nothing cause the technician didnt turn up ,please tell me am l sup
pose to get this type of service?and now my car having another problems,the tyre is warbling
,and i was told buy the dealaership that it was due to the tyre balancing and is not warranted
By hyundai,too sad to hear that,very very disappointed .

I took my Hyundai 2005 into the Windard Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership in Kaneohe Hi on Oct.11, 2103. I was very happy with our service advisor, Brenda Felisi. She was very attentive and helpful. My husband got the survey on our experience with our car and sent it in the mail without my knowledge. We had problems with the car which he was upset about and took it out in the survey. It was by no means a reflection of Brenda's work. At the time, my husband was not feeling well and the survey he sent in was not a reflection of how we felt about our service. Bob had told me how much he appreciated and liked Brenda. Me too. So you can see this is not a complaint, but an attempt to try to reverse the damage to Brenda. I wasn't sure if it is possible, but I want to attempt to make the record straight. Our car has been good. I cannot complain. I hope you can help me. if this helps, the ID survey was 10238122. 2/22/2014 Hyundai - we had a lovely old Tuson for years and then
we had a lovely old Tuson for years and then upgraded to the Santa Fae in 2012.What a mistake that was!!!! We have NEVER seen so many problems in a vehicle in such a short space of time!!it's now Feb 2014 and we have just had enough and have sold it!
The wheels were renewed three times as there was corrosion problems.The fuel tank opening flap was squint and had to be renewed the steering wheel "leather" trim started to peel off and right at the beginning of our journey with our new vehicle there was a vibration noise from the dash area.This was rectified however, as it was the cables that weren't secure and the heater motor bolts were slack.
When we had the wheels problem our new ones were ordered through warranty and took MONTHS to come we were told they were on back order!!! for both sets so have just recently been replaced and now corrosion has set in again.
The drivers wing mirror electrics went wonky and was replaced fairly quickly I have to add, but we have spent a lot of our week-ends in Phoenix in Glasgow I can tell you!!
The final staw came when the compartment on the dashboard literally fell to pieces with screws and things flying everywhere as I opened it up.I might add we don't actually use this compartment for anything but I accidently opened it and the the compartment flew out of the dashboard!!!
This turned out to be a garage problem and was obviously placed back in to the compartment damaged by the garage when doing another repair and hoped we wouldn't notice.
The garage has admitted responsibility for this but we have waited since September for the new one to be replaced as it is on ....BACK ORDER!!
WE gave up with Hyundai and the Garage at Paisley as it is an hour from our home and takes up too much of our time and energy going back and forward and my husband and I both work full time and are only off Sat and Sun and we don't want to spend any more of our time in Phoenix!!
We loved or Santa Fe to begin with and look after all our vehicles as we have to work extremely hard for what we want and feel we have been badly let down by the staff at Phoenix Paisley and by Hyundia.
WE will never purchase another Hyundia as your customer care leaves us feeling extremely disgusted and the build quality of the santa fe is not value for money.

I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A GUY AT THE 8006335151 AND HE SET ME AN APPOINTMENT AND EXPLAINED IT TO ME WHAT THE SERVICE WAS . THE DEALER WAS MAD WHEN THEY SAW ME AGAIN BUT THE TESTED MY SEAT BOTTOM IN LIKE 20 MINUTES AND I WAS FINE .. NO CHARGE WHEN 2 WEEKS AGO THEY WANTED 95 TO DIAGNOSE IT
