the wee got 1 on xmas day and just drop it on boxing day and screen crack i took it ti where i got it and got no help a tall i got this for her as it said test drop on box am down 74 euro and no pad please help

wow I got both of my boys the new LEAPPAD for Christmas. They had both had Leapster 2 and loved them (even though we had to replace one twice in a year because the screen would stop working and they were out of warrrenty!). One no longer works. Customer service was rude and the supervisor actually lied to me!... I told them I needed it overnighted and actually offered to pay for the shipping caost but she constantly refused! I called corporate and they promised to air mail a replacement and email me the information. Still waiting on the tracking info 2 days later and of course customer service (once you get through 10 minutes or more later) can't find any information and contually puts me on hold for what seems like an eternity. Love the product when it works but hate the service I recieve.

WORST Customer Service WAIT TIME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on my 3rd day now of waiting on hold for an HOUR! This is RIDICULOUS! Leapster 2 will not download by my computer, what is the problem, this has become so frustrating. My son received this as a gift and now I am seeing comments all over the internet about their HORRIBLE Customer Service which tells me to just get rid of this game all together. I will return this to the store and trade this in for the V-Tech MobiGo. Leap Frog needs an ONLINE CHAT option so we could atleast speak to a live person!

My children receieved the leapster 2 for Christmas as a gift. I cannot connect to the internet to received downloads it tells me to eject. How come I cannot connect to the internet and download the apps? Pleas help.

I had bought a leap frog learning table a couple months ago. My daughter only used it a hand full of times. The lights are now not working, once my daughter presses one button to play it plays the total oposite. I called customer service to see if this item can be replaced. I was told its been over 90 days. The person i spoken with was rude and did not try to help me out what so ever. I am a single mother who struggles i try to give my daughter some of the best learning products to benefit her. I paid 50.00 +tax for me that is a lot. Now we are stuck with this item that does not work properly. The store wont take it back because we do not have a box for it. VERY UPSET for a big comany to not want to help out their customers is not rite. I WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE OF THEIR ITEMS. I will contact abc & wgn news about this as well as corporate. It will hit the world with how defective these items are. Leap frog will loose out on a lot of business.

Thank you for your support. It took alot of patience (waited on hold 10 minutes), but once I finally spoke with a representative, they walked me thorough how to adjust the names on our Leapster 2. We did have a little bit of a challenge with reception & understanding one another but both our of patience perservered. Thank You LEAPFROG!

LeapFrog's customer service is pathetic. Forget talking to a person on the phone.... I have been trying to resolve a refund for a defective unit (that was my child's sole request for a Christmas present, and didn't work) since January 3, 2011. They can't seem to find a record of my initial order, despite my giving them every piece of identifying information from the packing slip, from my RMA to the dates and name of the person in the customer service department that I corresponded with on 12/26/10.

They seem completely unwilling or unable to see that NO ONE would go to this much trouble to request a refund if it were all a bogus attempt at scamming a company out of their money.

Never mind the fact that their product was a piece of junk, and my child was pretty disappointed at Christmas!
