6/24/2010 How and where can I get information on how to read my new smart meter? One was just installed but I cannot find out how to read the thing. I worte down the numbers that was flashing after the meter reader came by, but the numbers are not the same as what was on the bill. Pleas help.

4/9/2010 we here at 1101 national ave, senior complex of 225 units are more is not receiving their monthly bills on time. my bill was said to be sent to me on 3/11. after several attempts, i was told by pg&e what the charges were and where i could go and pay it. yesterday 4/7 finnaly receved the bill, not one but three. what seems to be the problem. this is the first time out of two years living here that this has happened. not only to me but many other seniors in this building. we live in san bruno, ca and our zip code is 94066. please explain what seems to be your problem in not getting our bills to us in a timely manner, or not receiving them at all.

10/22/2009 Please make it easier to find out how we can save by using electricity or gas at certain times during the day during the summer and winter if any. I could not find this information on your site anywhere. My neighbor told me she thought if you did not use major appliances like washer dryer, dishwasher, pool pump etc from 6:00 in the morning until 6:00 at night this would save on your bill...This makes it very difficult for me to do much housework unless I stay up all night. Do you have something you can include in our bill or on your website to explain the hours and what savings we could expect....thanks
