5/11/2012 I made a mistake with the dates booking a EXPEDIA UNPUBLISHED RATES after expending thousands of dollar on the same trip. After hours on the phone with different managers and agents they told me the reservation could no be changed. Ridiculous! I am taking my business somewhere else.

4/22/2012 Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! I used this service once and never again. I had to get the Corporate office involved to get my flight seating done correctly. I will not mention that I had done a package deal for the hotel and car rental. Those were canceled within 24 hours. I was on the phone off and on for two days.. a total of 16 hours!!! 4/18/2012 Expedia sold me a roon on unpublished rates,quotin uo to 40% off... WHAT A SCAM ,when I checked prices they charged me $20.00 more than the rate shown on their site..Checking with the hotel they had no such rate..it was cheaper had I booked with them..Called and e-mailed all I got was an apology and a hang up..Used Expedia many times, But Never again..

4/17/2012 expedia has been the worst company I have dealt with, happy to take my money, but when they make an error, they don't want to know,,, no such thing as customer service here. treated like a fool, unbelieveable I will be letting everyone I know, claim to be the no travel company I can't see why they rip everyone off, karma WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

4/16/2012 Expedia has listed my home telephone number on one of their sites as the contact number for a hotel in Brooklyn. I have been receiving calls for the past four weeks from people wanting to change their reservations; two calls came after 2:00 in the morning! How can I reach someone in this faceless organization? The customer service number is absolutely useless; just a big run around from the automated voice that answers to every numbered option that declares the call cannot be transferred..WTF!

4/12/2012 Wow! This is their global practice! In India they are out there to make some quick buck too! They have Lousy Staff. They made a mistake in the booking (booked one ticket with two passengers - repeated the name of the same passenger twice instead of two different names). Later when this was brought to their notice they refused to accept the mistake and I was left with no choice but to cancel the tickets and lose money! We all must spread the word by alerting people against Expedia and their unethical behaviour and business tendencies!

4/12/2012 Booked a flight+hotel room package and they gave me several options for the flight date. UNFORTUNATELY,they booked the WRONG flight for us. Called them up straight away and told them to solve the problem but till now (a month already) its not resolved. Very angry at their customer service. Told to speak to the manager by one of their reps but somehow she is ALWAYS unavailable. They told me to forkout my own money instead and will refund it once they can establish who was on the wrong. This is just absurd!

4/4/2012 I tried to call your customer servise it took a long time for the call specially when i'm calling from abroad . moreover their accent were not clear or let us say their accent in giving instruction are not clear for foregners. so can you advise for an email address that we can change or cancell our flight i just want to change the date of my flight . the visal will not be ready at the fixed date of the ticket it will take time and i don't want to loose my right

4/3/2012 When speaking to top supervisor ( as he informed me ) Mr. Antonio Valasquez and gave me a second warning not to interrupt him. He told me,"I made a choice not to stay at the Regency Hyatt in Waikiki because I found bed bugs." I tried to explain to him that I do not think I am required to fulfill a contract when there is a serious problem. After 99 minutes of transferring to different people I thought he would help but instead I was belittled and he hang up the phone.

3/27/2012 Expedia is the model for the credit card commercials with "Peggy" where they give you the run around and keep telling you to call back, but never take care of your problem. If you book on-line, most of the time your reservations are okay UNLESS you need to change them and then you might as well forget about getting any help whatsoever. I've talked to 4 different Expedia representatives, including one supervisor, who assured me he would call me back in an hour and take care of my problem. That was two weeks ago. They are the WORST!!!!!!!
