4/9/2012 I am trying to install turbo tax on my computer (win XP) but i get a error saying that "turbo tax installer has encountered a problem and needs to close" It wont even start to install. I've used tubo tax for over 15 years, and this is the first time i've has a problem. I need help. I need someone from tech support to contact me. ASAP

2/27/2012 I had someone do my taxes online and I got approved the 31 of jan and now its saying my refund was deposited the 8 of feb but I never recievrf my turbo tax card what should I do ??

2/16/2012 the turbo tax card is a joke!I called IRS and they gave me a confermation number that my money had been released to turbo tax on friday the 17th of feb.this is the 16th of feb. and my money has still not been loaded on my card.I have called them numerouse times only to be given the runaround every time.you should hear the lies i have been told by them.Take my advise dont do the card again u can get your money quicker other ways.

1/23/2012 easy.. pressed 0 then waited a bit, then pressed # got right thru.. be patient people!! but if you are asking tax ?s they will transfer you to a tax person for free..

12/8/2011 It now works but gets you now where...Kept pressing # like 20 times and it did not transfer me to a live represenative..but kept asking for my s.s.#...When you enter your s.s.# It just hangs up on you..

9/14/2011 Note: Phone Numbers Updated 09.15.11 This customer service number does not work. I called it and it said that this number is no longer in service and hung up.
