4/25/2012 i Placed a Order With Them n It Is Taking Soooo long To get Here I Orderd it Like 1 week ago. & they Said It Is going to be here On the 3rd of May I really needed My orderd. & I Travel Alot N Iam Just Not Happy with Them Iam Thinking about Buying My Products At Macys In My Mall Because This Is so Not profeshinal And I Understand That People Have Rulles and It Could Take a Long Time But For Me i Think I should get My Order Into 1 To 4 Days No Its Taking Like almost 2 weeks Iam So Fed Up With this. and This Is My First Time Ordering From Them and Iam NOT HAPPY and like I said I Travel Alot nd alot So I cant Be Waiting On Stuff Thats WHY and iam Not a unpashent lady i cant Wait Iam just Not Inpressed With The Time I have To wait I will prbley Look Into Soemthing Else. 3/28/2012 We purchased a cook essential slow cooker ( k28911) and did not receive a cook book. Is this a mistake or should we have gotten one.Please advise. this is our first slow cooker and we need receipies.

3/15/2012 I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS TO GET MY ACCOUNT CLEARED. BACK AND FORTH MAIL. CALLS FROM GE CREDIT CARD(WHO HANDLES THE QCARD CHARGES. I MADE A PURCHASE IN SEPTEMBER 2011 THAT WAS RETURNED. I NEVER RECEIVED CREDIT. INSTEAD THEY STARTED ADDING LATE CHARGES TO MY STATEMENT. I HAVE SENT LETTER BY REGISTERED MAIL TO THE HEAD OF CUSTOMERS SERVICE. THEY DID SIGN FOR THE LETTER, BUT I CANNOT READ THE SIGNATURE TO RESPOND TO.ALL I WANT IS THE ACCOUNT TAKEN CARE OF. I HAVE ENJOYED BEING A QV CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I TALK WITH GE CREDIT CARD AND THEY TOLD ME THE CREDIT NEVER APPEARED ON ANY STATEMENT, SO I AM ONE WHO KEEPS ALL RECEIPTS, I WENT BACK FOR A FULL YEAR . ITS JUST NOT THERE. PLEASE HELP.

1/11/2012 We purchased a three section all lights attached to tree xmas tree in October from TV. We put up the tree the last of November and half way thru the Holidays the lights on the C section/bottom of tree went out. I read other comments that other customers are having the same problem, what do I/We do, I have had the tree for more then 30 days when we put it up for the Holidays.... I received something from QVC about a FIT IT KIT and sent me e-mail and explained my problem with the tree but have not heard any response..

8/11/2011 8-11-11 I recently purchased Precious Jewelry Cleaner from QVC. I used it on my 14k wedding rings and 1 silver ring. They all became pited and gummy I thought they were ruined.I was sick. Fortunately, a good jeweler was able to buff them out and clean them. This product is lousy and can cost you alot if used on good jewelry. Joan

7/31/2011 Since when did ones politcal views become a critera for doing bussiness with qvc? please ask your cutomers the question do you approve of the Iraq or Afganistan war? If the answer is yes,tell them they can not purchase your products or do any kind of bussines wiyh you. Rtis ia in reference to Jane Fonda. Stop being hypocits get over the past. I'm finished with qvc.

7/18/2011 My name is Carol Hills. I want to thank you for cancelling Jane Fonda's appearance. It is nice to know that people haven't forgotten what she did in Vietnam. She was and still is a traitor to our country. The men and women in the military, past, present, and future need our support. My husband served in Vietnam and is still hurt by her actions. Thank you again for not forgetting. GOD bless the USA!!!

6/22/2011 dear sirs this is first time I have ever thought negative about customer service. I do hate to write this, but I purchased several items 6-18 or 6-19. they were all on Flex-pay totaling about 137.24. Imade sure about the flex pays before I pressed continue on the pc. For some reason the total sum of all the items were sent to the bank and have been holding on my account on pending. which means I cannot use these funds. I have other business on this account as well. I called several times to the customer service and tried to speak to a customer manager,she called me back told me she was aware of the problem, however she could not drop off the 302.23 holding on my account. I called my bank and spoke to a bank manager(christine-Fax 866 611-9926 at chase bank. She told me what info she needed to drop off the pending amy. of 302.23.she said they could drop it in 6 hrs. after thr info was faxed. I called QVc customer service several times to give the info. I was always told they were handling it and did not need my info from the bank. today it the 6-22 and I called again to customer service and got an agent ,who told me it should drop off tonight at midnight. I was telling her what a big inconvience this had been to me and that the bank told me three days ago, it could have been dropped if the correct info had been sent to them.This lady was rude to me and had very nasty tone of voice,that made me feel insuffnificant and very small.After the phone call I thought about it for awhile, I have been a good customer and have always had a good repour with all other people there,so many of the sales people I really like and the telephone agents are so courteous as well. I have bought a good many wonderful items from you and spent good hard earned money. The call in question was made today 6-22 around 12:25 noon, I don't know her name and I have never reported anyone before,but I am 76yr old reacent widowed lady- who does not like to be talked down too.I hope you get this, I did not know any other way of contacting you. This person who spoke to me so rude does need some lessons on how to professionally talk to people on the phone, politely and pleasantly, or she does no good for her own chosen employment or her employers,who trust her to keep customers happy and build up a gainful and lucretive relationship between customer and QvC business. 4/17/2011 Ipurchased k27172 lock n lock 2 piece set several months ago the one container cracked, icalled qvc they said it had a life time warranty,but i would have to call the company. qvc gave me the number. I CALLED LOCK N LOCK THE PERSON I SPOKE TO PROMISED A REPLACEMENT IN 6-8 WEEKS IT HAS BEEN 10 WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING. I CALLED BACK QVC AGAIN 4-17-11, THEY STILL WILLL NOT HELP ME.OVC USED TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS?????> BEWARE OF LOCK N LOCK. IT USE TO BE A GOOD PRODUCT.
