5/10/2012 I agree with the comments that are posted here.Equifax has been charging my credit card every month when I haven't signed up for their service. They keep asking me many questions every time I call and transfer me to another department saying that they will reimburse me, but the line gets disconnected.I have called several times and also sent an email, but to no avail. Is this the way these people keep making money charging others? What is the solution for this?I spoke to Leslie twice and she assured me that I will be reimbursed the first time I called her and transferred me and the second time she transferred me.They put me hold for several hours and finally disconnect you.

4/6/2012 Equifax has been horrible – they got my credit card number and will not cancel the service. They are the herpies of the rating agencies.

2/27/2012 I spoke to Donna Watson this morning and and she was great! Not just knowledgeable but super personable as well. She helped me with a problem I was having and because of the information she supplied, I was able to go back to AT&T and solve their mistake. Kudos to Mrs. Watson!!

2/16/2012 So happy I found this information! After working on the for many hours for over a week, I found this information and called Ms. Coates at Equifax at 9:15 this morning, leaving very detailed information (SSN, DOB, specific account information). She phoned me back 50 minutes later to let me know she had gone into both mine and my husband's file and removed all "consumer dispute" comments. These comments were at least 4 or 5 years old and all accounts had all been paid and closed. Now that is great customer service. Experian and TransUnion were also helpful by phone. Thanks Dorothy, you made my day!!

2/10/2012 Thanks to Donna Watson not only was my credit report cleaned up, equifax avoided a legitimate lawsuit I was prepearing to file. Going through their dispute line got my credit score lowered and me put on hold for 45min. then hung up on. She truly did a fantastic job and in the process saved her company's dignity and pocketbook at the same time. Thank you.

2/8/2012 Regarding Trinity's comment on 10/19/2011, one of the Equifax representatives name is incorrect - it's Donna Watson, not Diane. I left a message for her this morning and less than an hour later, she returned my call! She was incredible! If you have any problems at all, please call her directly at (404) 885-8366. She will definitely help you!

10/20/2011 I spoke with a representative "Jacob" and he resolved my issue. There are so many negetive comments I just wanted to say that my communication with Equifax was a positive and if I receive my free annual credit report as promised, I'm a happy camper.
