  1. I started ordering a curtain in August. They have sent 3 curtains, all the same, and all incorrect. I sent 14 pages of email copies to their president and to their CEO.

    I talked to a supervisor after having been told (FINALLY) that the curtain I ordered a. had never been in stock and b. was sold out. She promised to have the curtain made and apologized for all the difficulty. That was the 3rd one I just got and is the same as the others.

    I have dealt with about one dozen customer service reps and they don’t bother to look into my file but ask me to go through all this time after time. Then one will promise something, then another will cancel that promise.

    This is the worst managed company I have ever dealt with and I think they are guilty of publishing pictures of items they don’t have and never have.

  2. WHAT ARE YOU SELLING? I ORDERED A ELEPHANT FIELD BAG AND IT IS TERRIBLE. IT DOES NOT CLOSE CORRECTLY, THE FLAP HANGS DOUBLE FOLD WHEN YOU CLOSE IT, THE MATERIAL IS SOMETHING FROM A 2ND HAND STORE. TRYING TO RETURN IT IS SOMETHING THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE AND I’M SURE THAT IS DONE SO THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL JUST GIVE UP. I WOULN’T EVEN DONATE THIS TO GOOD WILL AS IT WOULD BE AN INSULT! WHAT TYPE OF JUNK ARE YOU SELLING? I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS WITH YOUR 2ND HAND JUNK AND YOUR IMPOSSIBLE RETURN POLICY. PEOPLE LIKE YOU JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE ON LINE. LETS JUST HOPE THAT YOUR LIFE IS TREATED THE SAME AS YOU TREAT OTHERS!

  3. I accidentally purchased a shirt in the wrong size (totally my fault) and was so surprised to have the send another at no cost to me and advised me to keep or donate the other one. Quick and very pleasant Customer Service.I will definitely be a return customer.

  4. Hi, I need the illustration I uploaded to my T-shirt to be larger than it is as it shows up way too small and I need to upload the autograph of the player featured in the illustration to a position somewhere near the illustration. Please help. Bruce

  5. Horrible customer service. I placed an order 10 – days ago, paid for expedited shipping because it said it would arrive between April 4 and April 7. Shipped by Fedex post or whatever it’s called when it’s transferred to the USPS to lose. Now ETA is April 9. Won’t work as I’ll be 3000 miles away without the items I needed to take. Repeated emails to them have resulted in ridiculous responses like “if it doesn’t get there in time let us know” or “it’s scheduled to arrive April 9th according to the Fedex tracking”. I’ve yet to have them call me though I’ve requested that twice. It will be a very long time before I recommend this company to anyone again.

    If you have any suggestions how to actually get my needed items by end of day on the 8th please let me know.

  6. My brother has Kidney Cancer, I purchased 2 shirts, one for my sister-in-law and one for me. Kidney Cancer is orange, but the T shirts are pink.

    I wear Orange for my Husband, and everything is pink.

    My brother is my hero, Kidney Cancer Awareness, and it is also done in pink.

    I was so disappointed, will not recommend or buy from this company again.

  7. Please be careful with this company’s sizing! I ordered t-shirts for a cruise and ordered 3 large based on the size chart (fits 42-44). I got the large and it barely fits me! (i am no where near a 42! btw)…I called their customer service dept and spoke with Anise. She was very understanding and is sending replacements in a larger size. Hopefully they will arrive as promised the day before our cruise leaves! Always order a size or 2 up to be on the safe side!
