  1. I am retired NAVY and have tried to login several times with both my Tricare ID number and my date of birth. All I get is “can not locate you in our system.

  2. my wife called to make a $25.00 payment. This was approved and deducted from our credit card, however they also deducted an additional $36.00 without our approval. My wife called them and explained this to them but they claimed they can’t do anything about the other transaction. The money is now on hold and we don’t have access to it. This is not helping at this time of year. We would change to another supplier but we are not allowed to. My rating for this company is now less than zero. What a crummy business . I’m really disappointed in this business.Alan is the person we spoke to and I would like to see him reprimanded.

  3. I don’t know what your problem is! I have nothing but praise for this company. When I call customer service I speak with a real LIVE person after a few questions by a not live one. I have always been satisfied with the help I receive and, hey, you can’t beat the price!
