Fox Rent a Car Kauai HI My Experience

Fox Rent a Car, My experience at the Kauai location was very disappointing. I felt pressured by the staff to purchase additional insurance that I did not want or believe I needed. Instead of focusing on customer service, the interaction felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch. I was also disappointed with my interaction with the general manager, Ty W. I found the communication to be unprofessional and left feeling that the priority was selling additional products rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and would encourage others to carefully review any optional charges before signing their rental agreement.
