  1. I purchased a Garmin GPS for Christmas 2017 at Best Buy store. He used it for only one week and it died. I took it back to the store that I bought it from and they said to contact you. Best Buy customer service said that I should contact you and that you would send me a new GPS and I could return the one that I have to you. They would not take the GPS back or refund my money if it is not returned within 15 days.

  2. You guys have lost your touch… If U disagree, contact me… @yahoo.com … I won’t hold my breath tho Got some bad management there huh??? I just bought one of your “FENIX” wristwatch malfuntions…

  3. I have 1490 nuiv I have try to get it repaired with no luck can you help me out I have had garmin for years Text me at @gmail.com. Are mail me ( Need some help here )

  4. I acquired three garmin nuvi (52, 2557) devices, two of which I bought and a 3rd one I was given by my son when I visited him in Denver. I was motivated to acquire more because I had felt that the first one worked well for my purposes. Sadly though, the no 2 and 3 gadgets caused me a lot of frustrations. I shuttle between US and Canada and I use GPS frequently. The second and 3rd machines do not provide maps for Canada.. One directs me to change country sign and shows only Cayan Islands for choice. The other one provides option for Canada, but only two Canadian cities are mentioned. I looked for help on line using their given phone numbers and web support. ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN SOURCES OF DISAPPOINTMENTS. They either keep you for hours and hang up, no response, irrelevant messages. I spent a sleepless night in Detroit MI trying to get help. I made more attempts from Toronro, Canada. I spent hours after hours on the phone and webline, but no Garmin sight was helpful. If I am not rescued it is possible that I might throw away those gadgets and win back my peace of mind.

    Weg.

  5. I am throwing my Garmin away. It cannot ever find a satellite. It is impossible to update and when it does try to find a place circles the area endlessly. I am better off with my 2008 (large print) atlas!

  6. I have a Garmin nuvi 1200 and just tried to update my maps. After spending $50 for a map update (WAAAAAY overpriced!!!) they made me download two different programs just to get the map update to work. THEN THE MAP UPDATE DIDN’T WORK!!! The program locked up and won’t finish downloading the stinking map!!! Of course their tech support works banker’s hours so I can’t get ahold of anyone. NO MORE GARMIN PRODUCTS EVER!!!
