Hello. I have two 587A speed loaders for my M686Plus. I noticed one does not keep bullets in place well. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the ball detent on the face of the speed loaders that clicks the shaft in place when loading/unloading is missing. I have not used either of them extensively, and I never had issues like this with other HKS speed loaders, so I suspect it is a defective product. Would I be able to get a replacement, or should I just forget about it and get a new one? Thank you.
