When you call the Customer. Svc, Phone #, 800-457-4708. After you give them your member ID, and they start giving you choices, say benefits, then representative, you will be transferred to someone who can hopefully help. I hope I was able to help. Good luck, Murphee
That is what I was going to say this is an insurance company that does not have a way to talk to a person ( Customer service number) for someone who has a problem only a real person can handle. I tried to get imformation about sleep apnea supplies and was on the phone for 45 minutes after I finally was able to talk to several people who could not help me with me problem I decided I was not going to get any help from them how do I get in touch with a customer service person it is not on the introductory options from start

N change companies. They are as worthless as omamacare.
ican’t get a straight answer from humana or medcare. why do I pay a mo to humana plus medcare. total waste of your time trying to get a answer.very bad customer service.
I spent over an hour yesterday enrolling for healthcare with Humana. At the end, they said that an email was sent to confirm. I never received any confirmation of my enrollment. Signing up with Humana looks like it is a total waste of time.
On 04/05/14, my Shopko Pharmacist told me that you no longer would cover my prescription refill of ASACOL for $700.00. In the past you covered it. What is your prescription Drug coverage Insurance good for, if you won’t cover my main prescription??
Thank you for your help!

I have had Humana since 2008. I have really no complaints except for one. I have been on premarin forever. I used to pay $40.00 a month for it now it’s $110.00 a month. When I called to see why it’s gone up so much I was told that medicare sets the price and they have to go by that. Also that my doctor has to say that I needed the prescription for my well being. He did that now it gos to a review board. I have tried other hormone pills and they are not the same. so now I wait for them to decide. I don’t consider myself a cronic user of my plan but when I do they are pretty good at paying.
