I love my Keurig But Hate Their Customer Service

I love my Keurig… but hate their customer service. Time and again an item is out of stock, I select to be notified when it’s back in stock, I get that notification (by email) , go back, try to buy the item and it’s STILL OUT OF STOCK. Even though they sent me an email saying it was restocked. Three days later it’s still out of stock. I’ve tried since April to get them to fix their program, but to no avail. Everytime they just want to offer me a free box… over and over and over. A free box of what they don’t have???? And they literally refuse to take my complaint up the management chain and get the issue RESOLVED.

I love my Keurig… but hate their customer service.
