I love my Keurig… but hate their customer service. Time and again an item is out of stock, I select to be notified when it’s back in stock, I get that notification (by email) , go back, try to buy the item and it’s STILL OUT OF STOCK. Even though they sent me an email saying it was restocked. Three days later it’s still out of stock. I’ve tried since April to get them to fix their program, but to no avail. Everytime they just want to offer me a free box… over and over and over. A free box of what they don’t have???? And they literally refuse to take my complaint up the management chain and get the issue RESOLVED.
Told rep. that i bought a bag of the Neumans own organic coffee and i didnt like it, and could he give me a coupon to get another bag of REGULAR coffee, because it says on the pkg, to call 866-901-2739 for questions. He wanted the serial number of my coffee maker, I said ” whats that got to do with my not liking the coffee ? I said i dont have a Kurig coffee maker, i have a MR. COFFEE MAKER,, He said to get the serial # off of the coffee maker and call ME COFFEE AT 800-672-6333., and they would take care of me.. While turning the coffee maker upside to get the serial number, i dropped it and broke the coffee maker. THAN i find out that MR. COFFEE has NOTHING to do with refunding or giving me a coupon for another bag of coffee. The SECOND rep i just called said even though it says to call this number, W3E have NOTHING to do with the Neumans coffee,Than WHY does it say on the pkg, ” any questions call 866-901-2793 [ KURIG ] ???? Now im oou of a coffee maker because that first CSR WAS AN IDIOT ,,
