I have a Kimber Solo Carry , I have been having failure to extract issues with many different types of 124 and 147 grain . I use Sig sour that the manufacturer suggest. Each expended casing is showing signs of damage where the extract would be matting with the casing.
My assumption is this must be where the extractor has made contact with it during cycling. I have also tried to hand cycle the rounds threw the Solo manually with the same results being produced on the casing.
What or why is this happening? Is the extractor bad, or is something else going on. I know the gun has to be broken in but I cant image firing 700 rounds that jam each round. serial # S1199057
