KTM customer service poor!

March 14, 2015

My 2014 duke had a catastrophic failure. Crank bearing. It has been in the shop for 2 months . Customer service has been crap poor. This is warranty work. Still have not got it back. Talked to Jim at customer service and asked to talk to his manager and he tells me he doesn’t have one. What a sad disservice to customers. I paid 20000 cash for 2 2014 dukes and this is what I got

Ktm SuperDuke R Question

July 17, 2014

I’m interested in buying a 1290 SuperDuke R. Some time ago I read on the KTM website that the new active suspension on 2014 Adventures called MSC is now available for retro-fit on 2013’s. Do you have any knowledge as to whether this technology will be available for the SuperDuke?
