I purchased a recliner from Lazy Boy and on delivery I had issues with lifting and locking in the foot rest The service representative vistited my and told me I did not know how to properly sit in the chair. 60 days later the entire seat of the chair collapsed whild lifting the foot rest. Again the service representative told me the seat collapsed because I “plopped” on to the seat. Twice it was my fault. I want to return the defective chair and they refused!!!

  2. I bought a Lazyboy recliner for an estate sale,when I put the lever up for the legrest it is stiff and I can’t push it hard enough to lock it in place. Is there anything I can do to make the lever easier to use?
    I am 80 years old and don’t have as much mussle.

This number is not a good number because I held on the line for thirty three minutes and no one ever answered.We have a Lazy Boy Power Lift Chair that is less than six months old and it has broke down.I have no clue how to get customer service from this company but if they do not intend to live up to their end we would like our 2000.00 dollars back.

  4. 2 times….they took all my information about a defect that is under warranty and they promised to call to send a new part. No one calls and they “lose” the file. They take 15 minutes for them to answer the phone, or they do not answer at all. This company has gone down hill

  5. Lazy Boy delivered two couches with oversized seat and back cushions that were very hard. These two couches are very uncomfortable. This is not what was ordered, the floor model couch was a miss representation of what was delivered. The store management is giving us the run around, either this management fix the problem or we will go to court. This is the West Chandler store, Chandler, Arizona.

    I advise all customers to very cautious in doing business with Lazy Boy store. I would go someplace else!

  6. Joyce, dont get rid of your old lazyboys….i got rid of my 24yr old lazyboys and bought a new. I am having issues with my new chair and no one will step up and help. I purchased a 5 yr warrenty too. VERY dissapointed. Lazyboy product is deffinetly not what it used to be.

  7. Beware. I thought Lay-Z-Boy’s sofa sleeper with inflatable air mattress was the answer to my guest room needs. But the bladder has been replaced twice already and now the third one isn’t holding air and the bed is useless. The bladder’s are $334! So over the years you will pay for this couch/sofa sleeper over and over again.


  8. I just bought a Lazy Boy sectional with “saggy” cushions also.. The sent out a new filling insert – Apparently they have not heard the definition of INSANITY – “doing the same thing over and over and expecting results” – The store brought out an IDENTICAL insert – and it is sagging now too.

  9. Your rocker recline are cheap made! No padding built in to them. Like setting on a board with leather cover.. Chairs should have never made it to the show floor…shame on lazy boy!
