  1. MY SUNDAY TIMES NEVER COMES..I HAVE TO CALL EVERY SUNDAY AND MANY TIMES I DO NOT GET THE PAPER AFTER CALLING…TERRIBLE SERVICE…….I GUESS I HAVE paid FOR NOTHING.I WOULD RATHER MY MONIES TO GO TO CHARITY….

  2. I did not receive my Sunday paper Nov. 1, 2015. A friend of mine has already canceled your service . I hope I don’t need to follow suit!!!!!

  3. Here we go again! Ongoing problems regarding not getting my paper delivered and today it has happened again. I never can reach someone in the United States. I am always told one will be delivered within the next 90 minutes or so…and it never happens. Unbelievably bad customer service.

  4. My Dad age 95 has not gotten his Sunday paper despite me calling 3 times. Phillipine agent says he can’t connect me to someone in the United States even though that’s the law. I need to get help from a consumer reporter.

  5. I didn’t get my newspaper today, Sunday, September 28, 2014. I’ve tried both online and through your single customer service line, but I cannot get hold of a real person in order to get my paper delivered. Please respond to this message as soon as you can.
