Ameren has a contractor working for them leaving nails and other debris in the alley in the 63139 area code . The contractor is also using the city dumpster to get rid of some of this debris. When the city dumpster is emptied the nails are not ending up in the truck but in the alley, possibly causing damage to car tires or bike tires . J T Electric is the contractor.
The alderman in the area is going to be contacted.
