  1. My wife today is fed up with Bank Of Americas on-line banking system for multiple reasons. The bottomline is that the system is unrealible. Today she is unable to accesss any of our account information period. We have two checking accounts (household, and business) we have spent numerous hours with the tech support people; non of which can figure out what the problem is. We have done business with B Of A for the last 30-40 years, and as of this moment we are looking into other means to handling our banking needs. Today we understand from one of the reps, that the California online system is being reworked so it will be compatible with those used in other states. Every time we talk with someone at B Of A we get different opinions as to why they can’t provide consistant on-line banking service to their customers.
