Rude CS rep refused to assist me with my issue. Treated me like I was a moron, repeating herself over and over until I finally hung up on her. You would think Fluval would care more about helping the customer and less about badgering! The rep refused to give her name or I would definitely report her. Now I am stuck with a worthless product which cost $200.
