Service support here in the philippines is the worst i have ever encounter.i purchase a window type airconditioner april 30, 2016. last month the unit their were ice in the evaporator and low cooling, i called the service support and told them about my unit, they told me that it needs service cleaning. i asked them when can they serviced my unit, they said they will call me back for the scheduling. it took a week before they were able to clean my unit. however there was a problem with the aircondition. it took another week before they can pull out my unit and when i made a follow up to the supervisor he could not give an answer when it will be finish, and said it may take 2 weeks. so many excuses it was very frustrating. Just now I called again but the Supervisor is on leave I asked the Call support who can I talked to if he is not available, the call agent said to me that only the supervisor the status of my a/c. such incompetence!! the only thing that they’re good at is making excuses and lip servicing.
Installation of TV ON WALL with a LONGER Socket so that hand inserted in between wall & TV back side is pending over 6 months, please help!

I bought a HAIER one ton INVERTER AC from an out let in Pakistan Karachi on 15 July 15. There was no Warranty Card in the packet or envelope. I immediately complained about this to the supplier and then also to the Pakistan office about this matter. Pakistan office did not reply my mails despite reminders. The supplier after checking all contents agreed that there was no Warranty card and promised to follow with Pakistan office. But now they seem to be not interested as they have received all payment which is high amount. Name of supplier is CITY ELECTRONICS – Sheikh Centre .SB 14 Gulshan Iqbal . Karachi. Phone 34987838, 34822948; payment receipt no. 017317. Up till now the AC seem to be working all right. I will be grateful if you arrange to provide me the missing Warranty Card. My name JAFFAR
I own a portable air conditioner. I called for a code number to use because I misplaced the remote and it won’t turn on without it. they would not give me the code because they would rather I buy their remote. I explained I already bought a universal remote but they still would not give me the code. Now after reading all the reviews above I am afraid to order the remote from them. has anyone else had this problem? the remote is $45.00. it is smaller than a small cell phone. this is ridiculous.
i bought anhaier counter top ice maker finally found haier phone number 3 weeks ago they said they would send questioner then send a new oine what a joke havent heard from them since irecomend you aviod buying haier products
I bought my haier fridge last year had them come out 3 times to repair..they put all new parts in it right before the warranty ran out and doing the same crap it was doing….. short but sweet DO NOT BUY!!!!!! 🙂 🙂
I purchased a Haier dehumidifier thru WALMART 7-1-13 it worked ok for the first 10 mos. Six of the first 10 mos it was unplugged because of the winter season.
When I went to use it after winter it did not work, I contacted Haier customer service they sent me replacement since the warranty was still valid.
When I received the 2nd unit it did not work right out of the box. Again I contacted customer service ( located in the Philippines) They again sent me a 3rd unit. This replacement worked 2 mos and then it started to make such a loud noise when running in my basement that I had to turn off just to get some sleep because the noise was so bad. I contacted customer service again, they told me that since the warranty period was over they could not help.
I told them I only had the 3rd unit 2mos and they basically said I was SOL.
I purchased an Inverter Haier WI-Fi AC one ton on 15 July 2015 from a dealer in Karachi. There was no Warranty card in the packet or in the envelope though there were an instruction booklet and some other papers but no Warranty card. I reported immediately to the dealer he checked and confirmed there was no Warranty card. This is a new purchase supplied to me in sealed condition. I am trying hard to get the Warranty card from the local office of the Haier company and from the dealer who sold the AC to me. They are not helping. As per condition of the Warranty that I read on internet official Haier site the service if required will not be provided unless there is the Warranty card. My complaint number is PKFF2015084444413142310. I will be grateful if you provide me the Warranty card. AC is working OK on this date.
