i only agreed to a trial for the cost of postage and now 2months later a bill for $75.33 plus conversion fees arreives on my cred card.
please cancel my order just tried calling number no answer just lost my job and you keep taking money out off my account can’t pay for this stuff.And l did not make any other order after the free trial.So please stop taking money out and leave all off us alone and stay the hell out off our bank account DEE
I agreed to a sample of 1.95 for I though small sample and received a package which surprised but delighted me until I received my next account which contained a bill of 79.49. What for?? This was a free sample as long as I paid the shipping. I am off to the bank and reporting this to consumer affairs on opening hours tomorrow. A true scam and the trouble is you have devalued your product as now I will tell everyone it is a scam company.
I have not ordered your produced so if you take money from my account I will take legal action
Just noticed that money has been taken from my account from these people. What for…? A trial of their product. However, since my initial contact with them for the trial pack over a month ago, I have since not received any further items from them and have not requested any either. Therefore, I was gob smacked to find that my account had been debited. I actually managed to get through to them via skype on 18886214043 for those who are attempting to make verbal contact with them. Spoke to a young man who stated that he would send me an email confirming my cancellation and assured me that the funds would be credited back to my account in 5 days, will just have to wait and see. Chances are, (this) my message may not be published, but if it is, I hope you will all be credited accordingly.Good luck everyone.
Cancel one again cancel my HYDROXATONE trail sample, do not charge me. I cancel already my AMEX. and tell me where to return since many people complaint there is no return address. today 03/17/14. Thanks. Flori.
