Kirkland’s Store Return and Exchange Policy

Kirkland’s currently publishes the following rules for store returns and exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Eligible returns within 30 days are refunded to the original payment method.
• After 30 days, an accepted return is refunded to a gift card for the item’s current value plus applicable tax.
• Kirkland’s reserves the right to refuse returns made more than 90 days after purchase.
• Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was sold.
• A return without a receipt or order confirmation may receive a gift card for the store’s lowest selling price plus tax.
• Kirkland’s also reserves the right to deny a return when the customer cannot provide proof of purchase.

Return eligibility can depend on the item, its condition and the available proof of purchase. Confirm the current terms with the store before making a special trip.

Kirkland’s Store Price Adjustments

Kirkland’s offers one price adjustment within 14 days of purchase when the customer has the original receipt.

Seasonal merchandise, clearance merchandise and items sold “as is” are excluded. Doorbusters and Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday coupons, promotions or offers are also excluded from adjustments on earlier purchases.

For a store purchase, take the receipt to a Kirkland’s or Bed Bath & Beyond Home store. Store-purchase price adjustments cannot be completed online or by telephone.

Earlier Online Orders, Refunds and Delivery Problems

Online shopping at Kirklands.com ended July 10, 2026. Customers who placed an order before that date should call 1-877-541-4855 or email kirklandssupport@bedbathandbeyond.com.

Include the order confirmation, account email address, item information and a concise description of the problem. For a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, retain the packaging, shipping label and photographs until Kirkland’s explains the next step.

K Club Rewards

K Club remains Kirkland’s loyalty program. Because online shopping has ended, members can currently earn points and redeem rewards at participating Kirkland’s stores until further notice.

• Members earn one point for every $1 spent in a store.
• A $5 reward is issued after reaching 150 points.
• Members who reach 250 points during a calendar year receive a bonus reward.
• Customers can enroll at a Kirkland’s store by providing their name and email address and accepting the program terms.
• Members must be at least 16 years old and U.S. citizens.

Provide the email address connected to the K Club account at checkout so the purchase can be associated with the correct membership.

Kirkland’s Gift Cards

• Kirkland’s gift cards are currently redeemable in stores only.
• Kirkland’s Home and Bed Bath & Beyond Home gift cards can be used at participating Kirkland’s or Bed Bath & Beyond Home stores.
• They cannot be used on BedBathandBeyond.com or ContainerStore.com.
• Gift cards have no expiration date or hidden fees and are redeemable for merchandise.
