Financed a used car sold through AAA in 1997, paid it off in 1998, received the pink slip and letter thanking us for paying in full. No problem UNTIL we tried recently to transfer our car over to our nephew. Then we found out they had not signed the pink slip correctly and we cannot complete the transfer until they send us a notarized signature. Talking with them is difficult and they have not been very helpful. We have faxed them their laundry list of required docs and now we will wait and see. Will update this when and if all is settled.

I've recieved approximately 5 calls a day from this institution for weeks all because of a $45.00 late fee. The payment has been sent and all confirmation numbers given, along with my address which I have to provide EVERY TIME I CALL OR GO TO A BRANCH. I've lived at the same location for years and yet these brain dead fucks can't get it right. DON'T WORK WITH THIS BANK! PERIOD! I've have nothing but horrible experiences with them. I don't foresee the situation getting any better. Ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I closed my account with them in 2010 and had a zero balance. Now, two years later, I go to open an account and I am told that I have a near $300 debt to PNC. I have been trying to get in contact with these people for 3 days and I am usually on hold for over an hour each time. These people are by far the worst I have ever had to deal with and their customer service is SORELY lacking. AVOID PNC AT ALL COSTS. They are thieves and are just plain and simple bottom feeding scum.

Website has been down 3 of the last four times I've needed to use it. And these attempts were on different days separated by spans of one or two weeks. Sometimes I have to wait over a day to be able to log on. WTF?

11/6/2012 PNC Bank - PNC is the worst Mortgage Servicer! Their
PNC is the worst Mortgage Servicer! Their supervisors are argumentative and they do not know their investors policies and guidelines--- which can cost homeowners tons of money as it has me! We applied for a modification and not only has it taken 10 months for any resolution, but they throw it in our face that we are so far behind. They have changed case managers a number of times delaying the process, and with each delay more documents are needed. Fine. I can deal with unprofessionalism. BUT ... in April, my house burned down! We spoke with them numerous times before submitting the insurance check about procedures for claims when in the modification process and delinquent. They sent us their policy for loans that are not current-- we must have either a contractor rebuild or we must fix it ourself. With that there was a list of items we would need from our builder, including a contract! So we submitted everything after detailed conversations with PNC. They contacted my builder for additional paperwork and that was it, right? Wrong!!!! 2 1/2 months later, half-way through the rebuild, their investor, Freddie Mac, will not release the funds because our modification is not complete and our loan is not current. Supposedly this is procedure-- yet PNC was unable to share this with me prior to now-- they did not know this guideline themself until recently! Meanwhile, they required building contracts! So, for the remainder of the modification process, our house will sit, part finished, to weather the winter and have unnessary damages. We are considering legal action as they should not have led us to enter into a contract with a builder if they could not release funds based upon outside guidelines-- that we have no access to because until now, our investor information was considered privy.

Worst bank ever! I hate pnc! The people
Inside the bank alway treat me like crap and take advantage of me because I'm a minor. I'm sick of pnc. I'm constantly missing money. And I hate it. Being at pnc got so bad I stopped deposit my check and ask my dad to do it. And it just continues to progressively get worse that I don't even use my bank account anymore! Pnc is by far the worst bank ever. Their deceitful, manipulative, rude, and most of all
Complete ignorant. I hope people realize how bad they are and stop using them so they can shut down their branches.
