7/18/2010 I called the tech support line. Got a girl named Julie that was awesome Who spoke English. She walked me through what to do and fixed it. Only issue I had to erase all of my saved information. I said better to dothat then to lose the PS3 which is what I thought was going to happen.

7/18/2010 i want to know about replacing my psp that my sister somehow broke and although my ps3 warranty expired and only had 1 problem that i thought only 360s got. yellow light of death. won't you fix it for me?

7/16/2010 i went to play online and my system had automaticaly rest its self after it said i could now go back online it had said that i hadnt sighned up for it yet and iv had online for about a year and all my friends were gone and so was my 15 dollars i had and now when i went to sign back up for it it wouldnt let me so i need service right now

7/6/2010 Hey, I paid and downloaded a movie on the PS3. Internet was slow and finish downloading about 3 days later. Went to watch the movie on the weekend and it had expired. How long before it expires when you download a movie? I though it was for 14 days of rental?

6/7/2010 I used this number for ps3 help - I just got off the phone with a gentleman named "Julio" - I cannot tell you how super helpful he was. My son was having trouble downloading the latest update of playstation home and he walked me through every step. It only took about 8 minutes and he helped me fix every setting and the update worked successfully. My son was so frustrated as he loved playstation home and was upset he couldn't go there - I would ask for Julio again if I ever had any problems or questions. Thank you SO much Julio! :):):)
