Caesars Rewards Customer Service

How to Contact Caesars Rewards Customer Service

Call 1-800-342-7724 for Caesars Rewards account assistance. Caesars currently directs members with unresolved login problems to select option 2 to speak with a customer-care agent.

Caesars does not publish one universal set of telephone-support hours for every Caesars Rewards issue. The online help center and email-question form remain available when telephone representatives are unavailable.

Use Caesars Rewards customer service for:

  • Account login or password problems
  • Reward Credit and Tier Credit questions
  • Tier-status questions
  • Missing or duplicate loyalty accounts
  • Name, address or profile corrections
  • Caesars Rewards card questions
  • Offer and promotion questions
  • Participating-property questions

Caesars Rewards Login and Password Help

Members can sign in through the official Caesars Rewards website using their username or Caesars Rewards number. Use the password-reset option when the password is forgotten or the account becomes locked.

If online recovery does not work, call 1-800-342-7724 and select option 2.

Account-security warning: Do not post your Caesars Rewards number, password, identification, reservation confirmation, payment details or date of birth in a public review. Submit private account information only through an official Caesars support channel.

What If You Forgot Your Caesars Rewards Number?

Caesars says it does not provide Caesars Rewards account numbers by telephone or email. Members who cannot recover their account number should visit a Caesars Rewards Center at a participating destination and present valid identification.

Missing Reward Credits or Tier Credits

If expected credits are missing, gather the following information before contacting Caesars Rewards:

  • Caesars Rewards membership number
  • Participating hotel, casino, restaurant or partner
  • Date of the qualifying transaction
  • Hotel folio, receipt or gaming-session details
  • Promotion or offer involved
  • Number and type of credits expected
  • Screenshots of the account balance when appropriate

Contact the property first when the credits relate to a specific hotel stay, restaurant purchase, casino visit or property promotion. The property may need to verify the transaction before Caesars Rewards can adjust the account.

Caesars Rewards Tier-Status Questions

Caesars Rewards uses Tier Credits to determine membership status. Reward Credits and Tier Credits serve different purposes, and the rules for earning, expiration, promotions and tier qualification can change.

Review the current program rules and account activity before submitting a complaint. If the displayed tier does not match the qualifying activity, contact Caesars Rewards and identify the transactions you believe are missing.

Caesars Rewards Cards

Physical Caesars Rewards cards are generally issued at participating Caesars Rewards Centers. Bring valid identification when requesting a new or replacement card.

Do not confuse a Caesars Rewards membership card with a Caesars Rewards Visa credit card. Questions about a credit-card balance, payment, finance charge, lost card or disputed card transaction should be directed to the financial institution shown on the back of the credit card.

Hotel Reservations and Property Complaints

Caesars Rewards customer service is not always the best department for a room, restaurant, casino-floor, resort-fee, security or local employee complaint. Contact the hotel or casino where the incident occurred.

For reservation assistance or help locating a Caesars Entertainment property, call 1-800-CAESARS or 1-800-223-7277.

Harrah’s hotel and casino concerns are covered separately on the Harrah’s customer-service page.

How to Escalate a Caesars Rewards Complaint

  1. Review the account activity, program rules and applicable offer terms.
  2. Contact the property first if the issue originated during a specific stay, visit or purchase.
  3. Call Caesars Rewards at 1-800-342-7724.
  4. Provide the relevant dates, receipts, property name and missing-credit information.
  5. Request a case or reference number.
  6. Submit the issue through the written question form if documentation is needed.
  7. Keep copies of receipts, folios, offers, account screenshots and previous responses.

Explain the specific resolution requested, such as restoring missing credits, correcting account information, reviewing tier activity or explaining why a promotion was not applied.

Is Total Rewards Now Caesars Rewards?

Yes. Caesars Entertainment changed the name of Total Rewards to Caesars Rewards effective February 1, 2019. Existing Total Rewards members were transitioned to Caesars Rewards.

Older membership cards, reviews, emails and account records may continue to use the Total Rewards name. Those references generally relate to the same loyalty program under its former branding.

Caesars Rewards Reviews and Complaints

The review section includes one historical Total Rewards-era review from August 2014. The reviewer expressed dissatisfaction after being moved from Diamond status to Gold following reduced gambling activity.

One historical review is not sufficient to establish a current Caesars Rewards review pattern. Program rules and benefits have changed since the review was submitted. New reviews should identify whether the concern involves missing credits, tier status, an offer, account access or a particular Caesars Entertainment property.

Long time Harrah’s Customer

August 8, 2014

I first met Bill Harrah, a friend of Sammy Davis Jr., at Harrahs, Lake Tahoe, in 1957. I have been staying at Harrah’s all over the county, multiple times each year, since then ( that’s 57 years, but who’s counting). I was, when I was able to get around better, a diamond card holder, but because you punish long-term customers for not gambling enough, I have now been reduced to “gold.” How nice. There are many casinos near my newest home, and I have choices. You no longer will have my full attention, which is not important to you. Thanks for the last 57 years.
