IHOP would not take Groupon

I have 4 Groupons for IHOP and they would not take any of them, said they were used. They were not. I emailed Groupon with an attachment that would not submit, and seems there is no way to contact and get a response. Better service is needed.

I literally just got back from a vacation trip to Florida and couldn’t wait to get unpacked.

Just wanted let you know that the Lucus carry-on bag that I have is absolutely the worse. You cannot let go of the handle, as its falls over VERY time! At one point I was not holding onto, it fell over and tripped up my wife. I purchased it approximately a year ago and only used it a few times because of this issue. I assure you I will never use it again. attached are pictures of the bag.

Uber balance dissapeared

I had $92.11 in my account and as of today, I have zero. I know that I didn’t use it because I keep it for emergencies only, since Uber credits don’t expire. I also have screenshots to prove it. I tried contacting them through the app, asking for a refund and they replied with a non-reply account saying that they can’t refund me. Ok fine, but they could at least recredit my account! They do not give the option to talk with a customer service rep. let alone a legitimate contact number. Uber is shady!

Are you aware that once someone uses the credit card number, it can be used over and over? A minor family member, unknown to me, took my card and used it to pay her Uber charges. They offered her the opportunity to charge without the card for all future trips. I could not call these people! The minor girl nearly charge a grand. I am also so upset with Uber!!!!

I was charged different amount the initial ride. The initial ride was 4.88 at the end was charged $7.25. I tried to get a refund and I got.5 cents Total was 7.20.

Uber Cancelation Issue

Uber, OMG! I just went through this same issue yesterday! I had 6 cancelations and charged $5 cancelation fees! I never canceled. The driver seems to have canceled the pick-up himself! and I can’t get no one to talk to. No customer service line!
