  1. My dress arrived today and the sleeve/dress opening is too small. How do I get this corrected? My order # is 2107850313. The arm measurement was not asked for when I ordered this dress. We need to address this quickly as it is for a wedding.

  3. I just ordered a flower girl dress and it showed it didn’t go through so I hit it again then I got 2 emails confirming my order but I only need one dress. Need to cancel one of them

  4. I chatted with Mona on line last week. I have yet to receive an e-mail from the company. My dress has still not arrived. Even though I was told I would hear within 24 hours, I have not. My order number is 6121911-g121911. The wedding Is this coming Saturday and my credit card has already been charged.

    Please let me know if I will not receive the dress so that I may purchase another and credit my charge card.
