I purchased a TV on Bestbuy.com, the set arrived and was not working (Stripes on screen) upon turning on. We called and scheduled an exchange delivery for Wednesday, with a promised call on Tuesday to narrow the delivery window from 12 hours (7A - 7P) to 2 hours. That call didn't come and at 1PM on Tuesday, we started calling to figure out why.

We learned the person we spoke with on Sunday didn't finalize the process, so the delivery couldn't happen. I spent 5 hours on the phone with their executive response unit who finally were getting it rescheduled for Wednesday. We received an automated call from their system confirming delivery between 12:30 and 2:30 PM on Wednesday. We called back to verify address, and no one could find record of that delivery appointment. They were closed, and the executive response person (Royce) didn't call back at the end of the day as he said he would.

I began calling on Wednesday morning and learned there was no record of our appointment, and regardless of how much I protested, they couldn't deliver it today. Another 2 hours on the phone, again with various people and ultimately the executive response team again.....and I finally got the delivery. When I demanded the delivery today (because I had two appointments for this day), the executive response person (Cathy) told me 'you're not allowing us to exchange the item'. Seriously.

They blame their system, but the delivery manager told me that a human deleted the appointment because at 3 AM she determined they didn't have the item (also turned out to be incorrect, they had the item).

The bottom line is that unless you're willing to spend an extra 8 hours a day to get the item delivered, it's not worth it. And, you'll really have to push hard. They take responsibility for nothing.

Best Buy deserves no stars! I was sent a defective speaker I bought on BB online. Store would not return it. Customer service for on line purchases wouldn't take it back either. Why? well although I am an "elite" customer ( I spent $600 on each speaker and I bought nine of them) apparently I only had 30 days to return them. I was a few days too late. I'm left holding the bag on a $600 speaker! I even bought the protection plan but that only covers wear. It doesn't cover a speaker that was defective when I got it. I will NEVER buy from them. Should be Worst Buy, not Best Buy.

Tried ordering from best (?) buy on line receiving the same response. "not available on line, only in stores"
only a few stores listed in the u.s. and nearest to me in vermont if a 300 mile round trip in new york state.
this film set if-s your item # 6362029. BB's service reps gave the same reason, out of stock, no back ordering.

I didn't tell them or put it online anywhere, but I can tell you what I believe the real problem with this item is.

In error BB priced the item on sale for $14.99 ! that might even be below your wholesale cost for a million copy seller ?? OUCH !

why oh why didn't you simply remove this sale item from your website. I would not be writing this shaking my head with a bad taste in my mouth.

I had situation today when I decided to go to Best Buy 98-051 Aiea, Hi. I had purchase surface tablet on 10/13 and still have one year product warranty. I was hoping to get some technical support for my computer. At customer service, I was told to wait for geek representative to help me. I waited for I hour. There was only one person working at the geek station. I waited patiently. When it was my turn I got up to sales desk to talk to this person. He had to check on my information. The geek person told me that he couldn't help me because I never purchased the geek protection. I told him that the product has a one year warranty. I bought it from BEST BUY that requires you to help me with customer service. He told me that he could not touch the computer or even mailed it out. I told him that I wanted to talk to the store manager. When I talked with the manager it got worse. He did not know what he was saying. He was not helpful. I needed information to get to a Microsoft store. They never offered to help me find the information. I had to ask them. I left the store very upset. I found the information to Microsoft by calling Best BUY on the mainland and they were very helpful. I talked with Microsoft specialist to fix the problem.

5/14/2014 Very dissatisfied customer of Best Buy
I went to best buy to get an Iphone exchanged for my daughter since I bought their wonderful insurance to protect us. I was told like the many before me that we would have to was 3 to five business days for a replacement. That was after going to them and they resent the phone to the factory settings and told me that I would have to come back 2 to 3 days later to make sure that didn't fix it. They told me I would have to pay a 50 dollar deposit and I refused to get a loaner phone and I refused that is absolutely insane! That is why I bought insurance! Idiots! I took the old phone back to wait on the one to be shipped in and a week later they called. Went over and it did not work! Did the same thing over and five days later went back, same thing it also did not work! Now we are on the 3rd try to get her phone replaced and they told me they have to do this for 4 times before they can give me a refund and give me a phone in the store! I ask if we are getting refurb phones and they said no!!! This is the Best Buy in Paducah KY. I will never buy anything from best buy again. My mom needed a new fridge and found one at best buy but chose to go to Sears instead because of all the problems we are having! Do not buy from them they do not stand behind the merchandise or the insurance policy they sell. All they do is give you the run around!

I had the best experience at Best Buy on black Friday. I was dreading going into the store because I knew how busy it was going to be. I wasn't just looking for a certain item, I actually needed help and information on several items. Within 5 minutes of being in the store I was approached by a sales associate name Rachel Haas. She personally walked me to each item, answered all my questions and then walked me to my next item. When I was all finished, she walked me straight to a person that would ring me up right away and have me on my way. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that one of the items I was looking for was a kindle. She approached me, then she walked over and grabbed the last kindle fire hd that was on sale. The kindle she grabbed for me was better than the one I was going to buy and it was $40.00 less. Thanks so much for all your help Rachel
