I am thoroughly upset with Rheem and will consider not ever doing business with them again. Last Saturday our new water heater failed to heat the water. I contacted your company and was told that because of the holiday, it would be impossible to have replacement parts until Thursday. Well it is now Friday, so I decided to call Rheem only to discover that they failed to activate our replacement order. They then guaranteed that the order would be delivered on Saturday. I then contacted the installer that Rheem recommended. They of course would not schedule anyone unless we had the parts in hand and they don’t work on Saturday unless one of their repair personnel is willing to do so. Thus, we may be without hot water until next week. This is unacceptable and I am sure that none of your representatives would be pleased with this situation. I certainly will not consider Rheem in the future!
