  1. One of geico clients rearended my car 5days later geico totaled it 10 days now& no will give me a rental or tell me how long its going to take to clear this up so maybe i can get a car myself!!!

  2. First let me tell you that this company Geico likes to harbor criminals. One of Geicos customers fled the scene after breaking my husband’s door. With Geico is not safety first. But if you have the money they will treat you good. Thanks guys at Geico

  3. My husband had an accident with one of Geico insurance clients. The guy that Geico insured fled after hitting my husband’s car. I guess with Geico the Motto is you got the money forget about safety. What a bunch of insurance characters in this Geico company. Harboring criminals.

I need to talk to someone about my truck. it was totaled in an accident and was picked up yesterday. it had my need battery in it as the one was broken in the crash. i also had some things of my sons who passed away recently. i was sick and couldn’t get out to get them. They took my truck without calling me. I want my things back. Your answering machine sucks. You can’t even get to talk to anyone.

  5. I have Geico and so far am happy with it. But our bank: Bank of America sold out to Berkshire Bank and we now have new routing number and Account number. We need to reach you some time before 01/21/2014 to tell you the changes so our car Ins will still be paid and on the 3rd of every month not before or after that. Please respond to ASAP.

To whom it may conceern…I have Geice auto insurance and New Jersey Skylands hOme owners ins..right now I am not a happy camper with Geico..I received a notice that my home owners policy was cancelled.. I have been without homeowners ins. for a month..what a catastrope this would have been if we had had a fire..I called 888-393-1200 and waited forever to speak to one of your agents, and when I did they did not handle New Jersey Skylands, so I was put on hold for over an hour..one Geico agent kept coming back to tell me no one was available. I have explained that we always paid in 4 payments and now they said someone changed the policy and I should have paid the $1155.oo in one lump sum..My husband is a disabled vet and we are retired..Cannot afford to pay in one lump sum..

    My police #..please help.

    Your adjuster/claims department are rude and unprofessional. I request to speak with you,about my auto claim. One of your clients ran into the back of us while we waited on an red light. She refused to call the police, and was talking on her cell phone, that’s how she ram us from behind, while me,and 3 children were in the car. She hit us so hard it broke the car frame, and bent the front seat of vehicle. Now I’m having issures with your claims person, resolving my claim?

    Now I’m having trouble walking,setting, and standing due to the accident.

    The phone service for Geico is Crap…. I have waited on line for half an hour…all I hear is crap about all the services Geico offers… just get me someone to talk to…cut the crap. call me at policy number for homeowners.. who do I pay? ASI says they are no longer servicing the account…also it was suppose to automatically taken out of our mortgagee…Wells Fargo Bank…loan… I want to speak with someone…NOW.

  10. I was considering switching my auto policy to GEICO.. Since hearing that you have stopped advertising on the Rush Limbaugh Show, I will look elsewhere. Along with Fox News, he love this country, is proud to support it and is a breath of fresh air and honesty left in this country. I am saddened by your poor judgement.

As I do not know whom to get in touch with-maybe this will help me—I received a refund from from my Geico company–due to my husbands recent passing—y did the company send the check in BOTH of our names?????I would like it re-submitted in MY name only-as I am the only one who can sign it—-Thanks—

  12. To whom it may consern, I was told to give in writing my choice to change insurance companies, I wish to cancel my policy. It is nothing you have done, I just need to go cheaper. I have been told that it is now in effect that you will not draft from my checking account the month of June. Thank you for being there for me the last three years.

  13. My car was hit March 14th. Rear ended by a twenty year old with License suspended. He took his girlfriends car. Not sure what the circumstances were. He rear ended me doing sixty in a forty five. Pushed the rear of my Honda into the back seat and crunched the right front of his girlfriends Honda That was a month ago. It took two weeks for them to accept liability. Another week to notify the claims adjuster that they had. Only after I called back did the claims adjuster call me. My car is 15 years old. Well maintained and in perfect condition inside and out. Needed some detailing. They want to give me less than $3500. I cannot buy a car in the same shape with the same 30 mpg for what they are offering. The adjuster said he could give me a check today. Have tried for days to get up the ladder of command. Numerous calls, Waste of time. I like the comment up the page Document and record everything. Office of the President at Geico 1 800 824 7795. No one will call you back BUT you can leave a message.

  14. Your best bet is to record them!!!! They want to record you why not? Our office records all calls wether incoming or outgoing I play it back for the supervisor and would you believe if I told you they are jumping through hoops trying to figure out how not to loose their jobs! Best this I ever did! I am learning the hard way you get what you pay for!

  15. They get no stars from me , I would like to deduct any future star. The customer service is the worst is the worst I have ever experienced. No one is ever available, the managers are never in, I’m only trying to get a denial coverage letter. Ive been waiting a month plus, a Geico customer hit my car and that car wasn’t insured through Geico yet no response from the policy holder. She didn’t have that car insured yet I’m still waiting for the denial so my insurance can pick up the claim.

  17. I’m glad I ran in to your post Mike! some how I was looking for info on Gieco to buy insurance.. seems like I will go to a nother company that takes better care of there paying customers.. lots of luck to you and getting repare work done..

    My son was in my car and on my Insurance as a 2cnd driver, he ran in to a crossing deer off hwy 30 in the super state of TX!! The Police & State Police wrote reports. At the 3rd week, the made us feel like we were lieing ? Call there 1(800) 861-8380 customer number and tell them what you are going thru.. they helped us fast.. even gave us a better agent to deal with.
