  1. i purchased a walmart gift card in springfield il and loaded it with $500 so i could order my christmas gifts online tried to use it online and it not only did not go thru but now says my ballance is zero and there is noway to contact a human to discuss this problem…so thanks to walmart my three kids will have nothing this year for christmas! thanks walmart!!!! only reason i gave your customer service a 1 star rating is because it wouldnt let me choose zero..

    is the location and number of some of the stores. WHY? our bank permitted our checks to get into the wrongs hands, so far, I have checks that was cashed in Ind.,AZ.,MN,.central america.,utal., however I need more store number to find where more of my checks were cashed. would be nice if walmart would send me a few store number to match with check

  5. Always Pharmacy Issues!

    And not in just one store, either. 2 stores in Texas and 2 in Washington. There was always some kind of screw up that would have me making a second trip to pick up my prescriptions. Went to CVS in Texas and now Rite Aid here in Spokane. Never again, Walmart!

    The cash register at the Broadways Store in Spokane Valley does not have any AC and rarely has an employee in attendance. I have had to use my cell phone on several occasions to call the store (while I am there) to request an associate in that area to help making duplicate keys.

    When I have asked an associate where I could find an item, I usually get “I don’t think we carry that” I have been in customer service, and the proper response would be “I’m not sure, but let me check for you” I have made a point of going back to that associate and let them know where that item could be found (after I tracked it down myself) This is not at one particular location.

    Walmart.com has REPEATEDLY screwed up my login info. I have kept emails starting this year for every time I have had to change my password and am now on hold waiting for a live person to (hopefully) rectify this situation…….25 minutes on hold…………wish I would have kept all the emails from 2013, it would be interesting to see how many times I have had to mess with my login info.

  6. Everyone is bashing Walmart. I have shopped both at the stores and online for many years. I have never been spoken to rudely anywhere nor ignored nor anything else that is posted here. I have had numerous orders at Walmart.com that have always come on time – usually ahead of schedule. Case in point: I ordered bunk beds for my grandson’s birthday next week. They were to be deliver on 06/04 but came 2 days ago on 05/28 which was fine. FedEx or UPS – whoever did it – damaged one of the boxes in transit which damaged some of the bed railings. I called the customer service number and got the nicest young man. He re-ordered that box right then with expedited delivery. It came today! Wonderful service and very polite young man. I mentioned to him about all the negative reviews I’ve read. I said a lot depended on how the customer came in or called with the problem. Sugar catches a lot more than vinegar………………… He agreed that they do get a lot of angry customers…………….

Last weekend, Daniel, Joshua, Jose, and some others stayed after closing time to help us get a tire to replace the one on our trailer full of firewood, which had blown out on the 215 freeway.   11. I dropped my medication off on a Saturday. I didn’t realize it was out of refills. I got a emergency supply for 3 days. It was released to be filled on Monday. Tuesday not filled Wednesday not filled. Thursday not filled. It will be filled in a hour I was told. Friday I was told it will be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later not filled. Need 20 more minutes. Hour later I was told my dr just approved it. It will be filled before closing time. Not. Called back Saturday I was told they tried to get it filled Friday night but were 2 hours behind. It will be filled today and hung up on me. They have been so rude. Lies after lies. I went to another walmart pharmacy. Put in a transfer. The other walmart called me and asked me if I wanted them to fill it. No mam you took to long. A week and hanging up and being rude. I had my medicine in 10 minutes. This is unexceptable!!!!

  12. i ordered 10 bags of epsom salts and some cat litter. the epsom salts were in a box with no packing material and the top wasn’t even taped! every bag was busted so now my driveway is sparkly. i refused the package. then the cat litter was sent in it’s original boxes with nothing to protect them. both were also busted.

    i called customer service and they apologized, returned my money for the epsom salts AND the cat litter which they told me to keep. i just gave them 3 stars for having no clue as to how things should be packed. i’m a former retail e commerce owner and i can pack a box. walmart cannot, obviously. i also ordered deodorant and it was in plastic thingies, you know, like deodorant comes in but was super padded to the point of being treated like fine china. ummmmmmm…… someone in the warehouse needs to be trained. the salts and litter were the LAZIEST jobs i’ve seen, ever.

    customer service treated me right, however. did you notice how hard it is to find a phone number for them, tho? oy.

    now i get to start over on my order. goodie. :/

  13. I would first like to say that Walmart used to be my very favorite store. As of this day, if at all possible I will never step foot in another Walmart store. I usually spend 400- 500 dollars per month in Walmart between groceries and household items. The service is less than deplorable. The workers at the store I had the worst and final experience is St. Louis, MO.Highway 270, and West Florissant, (Dunn Road). The supervisor , and manager where just in excusable. I purchased a money card, not knowing, I just wanted a card for a one time purchase on the internet. The checkout lady assured me that the walmart mastercard was what I needed. I wanted a card with no fee and no account to be set up. I purchased such a card around Christmas time for a gift. Well that was incorrect. I have a debit card which I do not need, That will have to be activated with a monthly fee. When I tried to call and find out how to correct this after getting home and reading the fine print I was put on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up called back and went thru a series of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Now I am just out of money and the manager says well, you just cant get anything not sales credit or anything. In this day of identity theft, I am very cautious about putting my personal information out there in cyberspace,. I was a customer at Target during their big hacking. Walmart would not be where it is today if not for us little people that shop there often. People with big money don’t spend it at Walmart. At the very least I could have been treated with respect. My questions could have been answered in a timely manner. Consumers have the upper hand . We can spend out money where we want. I choose to go where I am treated like they want my business. Good-bye Walmart. Hello K-mart. I have never had a bad experience in a K-Mart store. Maybe you should invest in making your staff happy so they can be descent to customers., They should also be educated on the products they sell.

    The corporate, regional, district and store managers should start doing their jobs. This morning, 1 register open on one side with 8 people or more in line. Four store managers standing near laughing and talking instead of doing their jobs. Went over, they looked like deers in a headlight when I asked why there was only one register opened.   15. I went to the Lamar CO wal-mart to purchase motor oil. The slves were almost completely empty. I ask if they had any in the back. Was told no, they should receive some in about 7 days. Checked evey time I went in the store still none. Two day ago went in and ask again for the oil was told they were still out. So I ask when they would be getting it back in. The girl went and checked the stock room? When she came back there was a man with her when I ask him he said that it couldn”t be order becouse inventory still showed 10 qt. ib stock and that it had probably beed dammaged and that is why they didn’t have any. I ask him is there no a wayto correct the count and onder some in? he told me to go to Oreilys or napa. That when I left. In this store the automotive shelves on every thing is almost empty. went to but a automotive feshener. 30 pegs about 10 differnt feshners.I think you have a problem.

  16. I am a quilter and find most all of the fabrics come from China in the Walmart store here in our small town.

    I purchased material and then washed it and it is so terribly wrinkled that I am ashamed to use it in quilts.

    It is also heavy and rough which cannot work well in making baby quilts or any quilts .

    I am now looking for fabrics believed to be made in the USA or material which is not like sack cloth or

    burlap.I am at my wits end with Walmart and China

  18. I placed an online order for 2pair of Jeans and 2 pair of shorts for my husband….reced thank you for order…tracking # via FedEx to arrive by xxxxxxxxxdate. 4 days later reced 2 pair of shorts via UPSD (US mail)

    So followed tracking FEDEX….showed to del. 5-6 days from order……5 days shows del to my garage door???? We don’t have a garage door but thought maybe our side door was the delivery point…..nothing!!! Sent a message to FedEx and Walmart that we did NOT receive said order of 2 pairs of jeans ….but did receive 2 pair of shorts… Asked where the balance of order was and when we could expect it???? Received two calls from FedEx that they were tracking and had asked the driver for FedEx to call them as to where HE delivered…..it has now been 4days later and NO ONE from FedEx or Walmart has called…….please know it is not theirolicy to ship good/merchandise to anyone BEFORE it is paid for……but OOOOHHH it can’t even get a call to tell me WHAT has happened……of course no one works on weekends at FedEX ….I would hope someone will call MONDAY

  19. I received a $200.00 dollar gift card debit card for Christmas from my daughter and the card when i opened it looked scratched on the strip on the back and the front looked scratched up also. I have tried several times to activate the card but it keeps telling me its an invalided card number.. now how can I get this resolved? I have told her many many times not to buy the blue Walmart gift cards they never seem to work she’s wasting her money. I hate your gift cards. your website says they are issued by green dot banks and the back of the card say the card is issued by sunrise banks, so what is going on? I am about ready to turn this issue over to the BBB. I want an reply as soon as possible please. I have tried four times to use the card, and I have tried to register it on line like the store told me to do maybe 8 times to be told the card number and sucurity number don’t match.

  20. I live in Edna, Texas & my Walmart has a big problem with their photo copy machines. When they remodeled this store a few years ago, they changed Photo Companies. The previous Copy machines worked great & never out of order, but the ones Walmart has now, are very undependable, & the Photo Co. is a well known Company, not some little dinky company I can’t count the times I’ve gone in to have copies made from a disc, or even make a copy, & SURPRISE!!! “OUT OF ORDER” signs taped to the front of the copy machines. Maybe your company is so big that you don’t give a crap or couldn’t care less, if in this small town of Edna Texas, their copy machines are on the blink half of the time!! This has happened so many times & I would think that Walmart likes to keep their customers happy, but I certainly am very unhappy when this occurs way to many times. I talked to a lady at the service desk, & her answer was “they’ve been down a few days but no one has come to fix them yet”. I don’t think I should have to drive 30 miles to a Walmart in Victoria Texas to have copies made. Someone somewhere, needs to GET ON THE BALL, & solve this problem! Thank You & have a good day.

  21. i was happy with the fact that yes both sets of bathrooms were extemely disgusting at the waterbury walmart however i was overjoyed to see that when i asked about when it was gonna be cleaned then walked away i came back not a second later thinking i was gonna be ignored to my surprise he was on his radio then i noticed a associate actually was shopping with and for a handicap then i was gonna call this in and i got to sit on hold for 5 minutes ps put food on your shelves shouldnt be half empty

  22. I purchased something at Walmart on 4/6/2014 and left two items behind. I first notice the items missing when I look at my Bank statement. I decided to look at my receipt so that’s when I could not recall seeing the items missing; I started looking in the house. I was missing two packs of men underwear. I looked everywhere no underwear, Because of the days were so far gone I still decided to go back to Walmart. Keep in mind this Walmart is in Laurel and I live in Temple Hills, I drove all the way to Walmart to try to get the items I was missing. Of course they had to call LP to view the tape, first they looked in their book, for items left behind by customers. LP said he looked at the tape and came back and said to me you took your toilet paper, I replied to him I never said it was toilet paper I was missing. It was two packs of men underwear. He said it was nothing he could do. I called Walmart customer care line, they called a Manager so Co-Manager ALI came over to assist me. ALI said he also looked at the tape and I took all my bags. I would not have drove all the way back to Walmart if I had my items, I spend Hundreds of dollars in Walmart why would I come back if I had all my bags. This is crazy. I still purchased items at Walmart even though I did not get satisfaction, I would like to have gotten my items.

  23. April 7th I ordered a movie through the Walmart store at 2701 Cloverdale Rd in Florence, Alabama. On April 17th, I went to the store to pick up the movie “War Wagon” but was told the movie was not there and there was no record of it being ordered. The employee that placed the order for me was there and remembered ordering this for me. Since the movie was already paid for, how do I go about getting my movie?
