    I live in the Allentown, PA. area and sometimes shop at Wal-Mart in Trexlertown,Pa.. I recently have been taking over my mother prescriptions, filling her medicine containers and she gets her meds. in the Lehighton, Pa. store.

    Let me tell you that EVERYTIME we go to pick up her meds. even thou I have called them in several days before ,we wait in a LONG line and when we finally get to the counter, we are told they are NOT ready. Which means we walk around the store to pick up something that she needs to wait for the meds to be ready…..THEN STAND IN ANOTHER LONG LINE TO PICK THEM UP…the same line different people that we were in the first time. I’m talking minimum 8-12 people deep. Most elderly waiting on their feet to get their meds.

    I’ ve been in these lines during the day on a week day and the weekends. This has happen at least 6-7 times now…It seems like the norm,

    I have medicine to pick up for myself at a hospital where I work and have to wait the most 20mins.for them to fill it…. maybe 5 mins,in line when I call it in earlier in the day….IT IS READY!!!

    There has always been enough people, pharmacist working too at the times for the Wal-Mart trips.

    THIS IS OUTRAGIOUS

    I get a headache just thinking that I have to go there to pick up her medicine.

    WHY don’t we change, its the only place close to her home so if I cant go w/ her, she can go herself…She has Alzheimer’s. So that is a challenge in its self.

    I also get the texts on my phone that their filled but we still go and for some F..k reason …we still need to wait, get back into the line and wait some more.

  3. I despise the fact you can’t return a market place item that is sold on Walmart.com to a Walmart store location.

    You don’t realize it until you decide you want to return the item… too late then unless you want to pay shipping and wait for a refund.

  4. I have never had a complaint until now.

    I ordered a product online that was supposed to come with a BONUS PRODUCT.

    It was an expensive hair product, so I ordered 4 to get the BONUS… (4 EACH)

    WAITED A WEEK for my order to come…. and guess what…. ???

    $$$$ dollars later …. NO BONUS PRODUCT SENT!!!!

    It is still advertised on the website with a bonus product right now!

    So, is it false advertisement or did someone packing my order help themselves to MY FREE PRODUCT…

    (since it was free?) thinking I wouldn’t know it was supposed to come with an additional product.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED…. AND AGGRAVATED!!!

  5. Walmart does not even price match their competitors!! They claim to have the lowest prices and that they will price match a competitor if you bring an ad in, but that is false advertising and not the case!! Tonight, I was in the Marshall, Missouri Walmart and when I got to the checkout with my price match items, which included: 4 lbs of C&H granulated sugar advertised at .99 at Gerbes in Columbia, MO as well as.99 at Dillons in Indepenence, MO, I was told that they would only price match Columbia, which is about 1 hour away and would not price match Independence, which is only about 10 minutes further. Because the 4 lbs of sugar was in pink plastic tubs and not 4 lb bags, they would not price match Columbia’s price. I was told that I had to get the blue and white bag in C&H sugar! Has anyone ever seen C&H sugar sold in blue and white bags?! They would also not match their value brand bottled water 24 bottles for .99 with CR market in Boonville, MO (30 miles away) for their own brand water which was advertised at .99. I had numerous other items to price match, but they would not honor their competitors prices because they were advertised at stores in Independence. I certainly don’t have a problem driving to their competitors stores 30 minutes to an hour away to do my grocery shopping on a semi monthly or monthly basis. As many of you may have experienced, some Walmart stores accept the Pricematcherz.com prices while others don’t. I was told tonight that Walmart is loosing too much money thru pricematcherz!! Its time for Walmart to wake up and either honor their competitors prices or change their advertising!!!!!!!

  6. My Husband is hard of hearing, and I have many medical issues that are frustrating to some people. Your employee Amber was such a big help to us when we had a lot of questions about radios. She cleared up all of the questions with a smile on her face and never seemed to mind . She is a true GEM. Managers Chad Mathers and George also listened patiently Please thank them for us.   7. On 06/07/2015 I went to Walmart for an oil change. This was around 10:00 am. I pulled to the front of the change bay and a young man came to my car. He did not have his identification badge visible with his name. He asked me for my phone number. I gave it to him and he showed my his scanner to make sure the number and info was correct. He then asked me for my vehicle’s VIN..I told him it was in the correct place behind the windshield. He then entered the number by hand. THEN! He asked me for my vehicle registration and he scanned the back of the card. He then said that he would have to contact his manager. All I wanted was an oil change! I refused to give this info, wait for his supervisor and told him I no longer wanted the oil change from Walmart. When I got back home, I called Walmart and asked to speak with the store manager. The person answering the phone just said “hello”. She did not confirm that I had reached Walmart. I had to ask her who I was talking to. After she finally gave me the information I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. I could hear the manager in the background telling her to have me call back. I told the phone person I wanted to talk to the manager right away. Again ion the background I heard the manager tell this person to get my number and she would call me back. What a bunch of CRAP! ! ! Evidently Walmart doesn’t want my business, doesn’t care about giving customers good service without hassles and doesn’t care how phone calls are treated. Sorry about that, Walmart in Henderson, NC, I’ll go somewhere else for my oil changes from now on. “you ain’t the only store in town!”

    I’m 70 years old, have worked in sales and customer service for over 25 years and have enough sense not to treat customers this way.

  8. Thank you for being so responsive to my inquiry.The young lady asked for my order number, put me on hold; came back when she said she would(less than a minute) and adjusted the price on the item in question. Its why we shop there.

  9. I have purchased an airpump and had gotten the incorrect one.

    And was told a label would come with the UPS Driver since, my printer is not working.

    Well the mail man came today to pick up the airpump for return but, couldn’t take it without a label. And he didn’t have one. As I was previously told by Walmart Customer Service.

I BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP FROM WALMARTS OR EMATIC SINCE CHRISTMAS.NO HELP AT ALL.I BROUGHT A TABLET FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER ON WALMARTS ON LINE.AFTER TWO WEEKS IT STOP WORKING.TOOK BACK TO LOCAL STORE AND THEY COULDNT HELP ME BECAUSE THEY DONT CARRY IT IN STORE.TOLD ME TO CALL THECOMPANY I DID.NO HELP.THEY TOLD ME TO FAX A COPY OF MY RECEIPT AND ORDER I DID SYTILL NO HELP WONT RETURN MY CALLS.WHAT TO DO

  15. couponing and or price matching at Wal-Mart to try to save time and money. I personally have been couponing for about a year now, I have had 1 issue after the other. Recently Wal-Mart employees csm’s here in my Hermiston area have decided to start treating couponer/ price matchers as thieves and have become completely disrespectfully and nasty towards. For instance whispering pointing coming over whispering in the cashiers ears while checking me out. No one recognizes the walmart policy. I have spoken to the manager and he has told me i am doing it correctly. ( but obviously his employees have not been trained well) I and several fellow persons have called the 800 Wal-Mart customers service number to complain bout the way we are treated at the store. Their answer is this, well every manger has the right to implement their own policy. ( ignoring the poor treatment by csm. Really???? Does that mean their csm’s have the right to treat people as they wish. We have all been harassed. brought to tears and embarrassed over and over again by Wal-Mart employees and enough is enough. This big corporation thinks that our complaints are frivolous and could really care less about them. In fact on one of my many calls to the 800 number I asked for the actual phone number to the head quarters and they informed me they do not give it out to the public, I was so angry at this point (this was about the 6th call I had made to them) I said really, well good thing I have Internet and hung up and of course found the number on the Internet. Why is Wal-Mart 800 number trying to prevent us from calling Wal-Mart headquarters? It makes me really think Wal-Mart could care less about anyone but themselves, yet where would they be without us their consumers. I wonder if Wal-Mart realizes how much money they will lose when we all stop shopping their because of the way they treat us? I know I average $300 a week in coupons. (not counting what I do not buy with coupons) For every coupon I use Wal-Mart gets reimbursed face value of the coupon plus $.08. So lets say each of my coupons were for $1 off, Wal-Mart actually makes an extra $40 a week from me shopping there. I know of at least 15 other people who do the same thing so if you factor in this Wal-Mart actually makes an extra $600 a week above what ever their profit is on the products we buy. So really Wal-Mart what are you going to do when we start boycotting your stores? The mangers are rude and disrespectful and treat us like garbage, when we ask them to enforce their corporate coupon/price match policy, and in the end we are doing absolutely nothing wrong other then trying to shop according to their coupon policies. Should we have to leave the store in tears being humiliated, angry and embarrassed? I think not. Since Wal-Mart does not want to address this issues with the few of us that are complaining, maybe they will start listening to us when thousands of customers are complaining and making this issue well known. We deserve to be treated just as important as the next customer whether we are using coupons/price matching or not! Oh and by the way I just recently found out a few of my local Walmart employees are not only whispering and point at us they are also gossiping through the community as this is a small town . Alls i can say is … Really Wal-Mart shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last time i checked csm meant customer service manager (sad)

This is the third time I have turn in my perceptions at Walmart pharmacy and them tell me that it would be ready the next day after lunch and there was no problem with it I have used Walmart pharmacy for 3 years now I have cancer and my meds are the only relief I get but when I went to pick them up I was told they don’t have them and it’s going to be 3 days until they get them so now I have to live in extreme pain for 3 days without them no phone call not anything they won’t even transfer them to another Walmart so I can get them just sorry about your bad luck like they don’t even care I’m sick and tired of this so I’m going to call the local news and see if they can do a story about how sorry they are and can’t get a man with cancer the only medicine that helps any when they are suppose to and how they act like they don’t care

  17. Mr. McMillon, did you notice none of your orders contain a phone number for Walmart. If you are a customer dependent company you need to expect phone calls. I purchased an item on your website and mailing it to a large company. Your company merged the 1st address line & 2nd address line so the order is being shipped to Joe c/o. He will never get the order as there are many Joe’s at the location. Why would you ask for 2 address lines and then merge portions of it. Now I see why your stock is going down. Who manages the company, assign someone to quality assurance.

  19. Walmart.com sucks! Twice I ordered an item and they sent me the wrong color! Then I ordered an item to be shipped to my local store, well it has taken forever to get there! It is hard to get a hold of anybody and the website makes it extremely difficult to navigate!! I am fed up with walmart.com, and don’t think I will ever order anything from them again!!
