  1. Cannot reach customer service to file a complaint: the answering system prevents access to a human. Trying to find replacement parts for an Ozark Trail inflatable bed. An help will be appreciated.

  2. We certainly appreciate the excellent help we received from Joann in the telephone department in Wal Mart at Poteau, Okla. She was very kind and knowledgeable in helping with our telephone.
    Again, we appreciate the fine people working in the Wal Mart stores.

  5. I ordered a Panasonic electric shaver and it came through a third party vendor. The shaver never worked. I Walmart was no help and I called Panasonic customer service for their supposed guarantee and was told that I would be charged 9.95 for the call.

  6. “On Wednesday, I was shopping at Wal Mart mart store in Mt. Olive NC 28365. I dropped a bottle of vinegar and the glass shattered. There was no one on that particular aisle at that moment so I went to the deli area to ask an employee to please find someone to clean the area. I was afraid someone would get hurt. Just as I got to the deli area__I felt something on my foot I looked down and I was standing in a puddle of blood. I think a little shard of glass punctured a vein. Then I called for help for myself. Bob, an assistant manager in the store came running as well as several other employees who brought bandages and paper towels. Bob tightly wound paper towels and bandages around my foot and applied pressure. We live close to the store __I called my husband and daughter and by the time they arrived, Bob had the bleeding in check. Bob asked if I would like for him to call the rescue, but I declined.

    All the people who helped me were wonderful and I just wanted you to know. Thank you.”

  7. I received a check in the mail from Walmart for doing online work. I did not ask for this job!!!!! I will tear up check they sent. I tried to e-mail them and call and I could get no one to talk to me. It said on the paper to e-mail http://www.servmoreinfo.com or coordinator@servmoreinfo.com, but it would not go through. I am 65 and I have cancer so not interested in the job.

  8. I have had it with you! The employees don’t seem to want to help. won’t even answer questions. All the employees do is stand around and talk to each other. I couldn’t even get the price on an item I thought about buying. No answers to any questions! Last time for me.

He is more than helpful he,walks you to the product if necessary,extremley respectful,and polite with his yes mame, an no mames, he’s a perfect example of what our youth ought to be.   11. On or about February 27 I ordered online checks. Just as I had finished the screen went blank and I was unable to retrieve a copy of my order. Not knowing if you received the order I would appreciate knowing if you did. Can’t seem to find phone number to check on my order. HELP!

  12. Wal-Mart I purchased an Ozark Trail flashlight for a gift one year ago Christmas. The on/off button has a short. I have searched online for a place to find a replacement part for it. I took it to my local store- they could not help me as they did not have one of these lights in stock. My main concern is that they were not able to furnish me with ANY information on how to get a replacement switch. No phone number I could call- nothing. Reason being that the Ozark Trail brand is made for Walmart and parts are manufactured all over. If this is the case, I will not be purchasing any more Ozark Trail products. This was not a cheap flashlight. I am not happy with this. I figured the light only had a year warranty- but I never thought you would not be able to have it repaired should anything happen to it. I am including the (or i believe to be) the part number for this light TL 1KPO .

  13. I ordered two items online. Walmart.com did not inform me that what I was buying were actually third party items. I paid Walmart but was told in order to return the items I would have to deal with the third party seller, seems a little fraudulent to me. I called and was actually rudely hung up on by a customer service representative. This has caused me frustration and now Walmart.com has lost a customer. I will also try to find other places to shop other than Walmart. Sam Walton is turning over in his grave.

  14. I often shop at Walmart. Rarely been disappointed in anything I have purchased. But the Walmart located at 9745 Roosevelt Blvd. in Philadelphia, PA was a disasterous experience. First time in the store and I was surprised at how disorganized it was, employees walking all over the place with nothing in their hands and getting more in the way of customers than anything; as I approached one, it was truly an annoyance and she did turn down another aisle to avoid me. It was not my imagination becuase I had someone with me and was told….I think you were being ignored. No one knew where I was suppose to go. I asked for a ruler. employee: ‘a what’. Me: a ruler, employee: I have no idea what that is. Me: OMW, I almost fainted. A customer told me it would be in the office supplies. I figured it would be there, but where the jerkens was office supplies. Found it. I always thought pointing was rude, but apparently the employees are trained to point to the area you want. I strongly suggest you have a managers meeting with your staff and inform them of some of these facts.

  15. The Walmart store in my community of Zion, Illinois has a practice of only having check-out registers open at one end of the store. If you walk in one set of doors you have to go to the other end of the store to check out. Because they only have a few registers open the customers are always more than 5 deep waiting to check out, I have talked to the store manager many times but nothing has changed. I have said to the managers if you are not going to have registers open at one end of the store than lock the doors so you only have doors open that are near check out counters. I have never seen this practice at other Walmart stores.

I used to say a 5 but am having a hard time with that right now i never received the Disney NFL Chicago Bears Hugger Pillow and 40×50 throw I ordered was suppose to have it Jan 18 2017 On Jan 17 it was at fed ex Romeoville Il which is about 25 minutes from my house One week later it still said that and was never delivered I called customer service on the 24th he checked and said it must be lost so he would send another out and I would get it 5 to 7 days well its 4 days and it still says processing Am I going to get it or what

  20. i am not happy with walmart they cancel two book preorder with out telling me.i will never buy or proorder ever again it is shame on they treat people i order book right away i still not going get them.one was suppose come out last september change date then raise price high if wanted to preorder it to get this april other book suppose come out this july .i can not under stand how be out stock and they should honor preorders if can not do it then should not have it all.they people make book u suck big time not fair to others when cancel people orders because handle the job and every time did proorder they change dates .i guess you do not reorder stay with low coast u do not get your book at all u suck big time to walmart.com i hope lose lots money and custumer to they should make it right they never do

  21. I have called Walmart.com 1-800-966-6546. I need to know my online pictures are safe after repeat hacking incidents. After getting through- I am told I need another dept. & am put through to 1-800-925-6278. After being on hold & then repeating information/question-I am told there is nothing they can do–they will put me through to Fraud Dept. (no # given) & they can help me. After approx. a 1/2 hour on hold, with no updates-NOTHING-but the annoying music-I hung up. Very irritating & I absolutely do not think Walmart has any customer “service”. I have no option but to try again tomorrow–they are family pictures. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING WALMART ONLINE PHOTO SITE. I CANNOT GET TO MY OWN PICTURES & AM CONCERNED THAT A HACKER CAN GET TO THEM & I CAN’T?????

  22. i would like to make a complaint on your center supercenter store.i boiught a 22 inch push mower last august.i used mower only twice.carried it to your center store where i purchased mower.they would not take mower back or offer to fix it.i buy groceries,i will start spending my money where i can get service.they are to many assosiates

    that are related that works there.
