I mailed a money order to time warner cable on 7-6- 16 and twc didn't receive it. They called western union last month and they said it hadn't been cashed. I called today and the representative said give them 24hrs to see what happen to money order. This has caused a problem with twc because I have never missed a payment. the money order was purchase on 7-1-16 I paide $15.00 to have the money traced and sent a copy of money order receite. I need this problem taken care of as soon possible. Thank you!

Customer service is a laugh! No service!!! I tried to learn who cashed money order that was supposed to be sent to medical office no help! Will only say cashed-medical office needs information as to who cashed to trace where payment went wrong. Never never never use money order again!!!!

2/22/2016 Western Union - My problem is the agent is very hard to understand
I think the process of sending money via the Western Union is okay. My problem is the agent is very hard to understand and information required could be entered incorrectly. I have used this service twice in the last 2 weeks and both times the agent did not speak clearly and was very hard to understand and also the phone is in an open area and anyone in the location could hear everything I was saying. May look for a different way to send money out of the area. It's also expensive. I could have driven to the area I was sending it to and back for less money.

hi after reading everyones complaint i do feel like they do know somethings not right with them! very frustrating talking to them i wont even use their online services as i have a account but for some reason they say its blocked? each time you call you talk to different agents and none seem to know what they are doing! the company will not always stand upon their name before things start to legally happened. so if any company people in charge read these letters you should be fixing the problems before you have no business left!

my husband is in united states and i am here in the philippines last month i suffered from a mild stroke and i need money for my medication. so almost 2x a week my husband is sending money for my medication then at a sudden the western union told us that we can no longer received from them because we have reached the limit of receiving from the company and automatically the remittance was send back to sender,,,why not tell to the sender so that it will not be a waste of time and u should advice the costumer of what to do,,at that time we need the money between life and death,,,,why not investigate the reason why we need the money before do the action where in fact that is from my husband

3/19/2015 Western Union - I tried to send money online to the United Arab
I tried to send money online to the United Arab Emirates and it was declined. What's the point of sending online and it is cancelled. This online transfer SUCKS!!! The advertising says sending online is easy 24/7 and to almost anywhere in the world. When I called to check the transfer status, I was told it was cancelled. Also, I was sent an email saying that the transfer was completed and could be picked up on March 21.I had not received an email or a phone call saying the transfer was cancelled. I even called the day of the transaction and a customer service person told me it could be picked up on Friday March 20th. Your online service stinks. And to top it off I will not get my back into my account between 3 to 5 business days. This makes me not want to deal your company. This is a bunch of Bull****.
