I don’t have access to my email.so I can not download the form, there must be a better way?
I filed a claim with Asurion on April 24 at the AT&T store. He faxed it in around 10:30 or 11 am. So far no replacement phone. Have determined that FedEx or the USPS is not the carrier. WHERE’S MY PHONE! who’s delivering it, when?
I have no access to my email. The server here at the library uses a different search engine and one must submit a correct username and then they text a code.
Horrible horrible. Just flush ur $ & skip this “insurance” … c/s was friendly enough but had a list of unrelated personal questions “to ensure MY security” — WHOSE?!? Absolutely untrue. Illogical, fact-devoid chat followed. Was eliminated from phone insurance claim process. Process felt invasive. Troubling. This is not insurance as i have ever EVER seen. Whatta waste of $$ & time. 🙁
I called 888-562-8662 (AT&T) and received excellent service! Had to wait a few, but got to listen to some great music!
It’s ridiculous. I had a $200 deduct on my Lumina 1050 and tho the phone had not been shipped CS says they cannot cancel and it must be shipped and Refused or resent back to cancel and refund the deductable
They suck big time, it is February and after many lengthy phone calls and talking to managers I am STILL waiting for my refund from September!
If you have a problem this company will not resolve – which means not sending you a defective refurbished phone, MAKE A REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. You might have some luck with that.
