Asurion worst customer service ever

The worst service I have ever had. 2 hours being transferred 6 times. Never got any help. I want my tech service canceled now. Love my phone service. Do not want any other services from tech services. Incompetent information from customer support reps. please cancel my service or I will go elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for many years and am very disappointed.

I hate Asurion. Their call agents are rude!!!!!! Because I stated I did not have an alternate contact number to place on file, the rep cold transferred me to Verizon’s automated system. Not only did I have to call Asurion back and start the process over. The manager I requested to speak to defended the employee stating she could not take sides. What happened to make paying customers feel appreciated?

Asurion insurance is the worst. I have never been this upset in my life. My son lost his phone, so I filed a claim. They took my $99.00 and sent me a refurbished phone that my son couldn’t make calls or receive calls from. So I went to Verizon to see if they could figure out the problem, perhaps we didn’t know what we were doing at home. Verizon stated that we should call back Asurion and guess what Asurion is now telling me they don’t have any record that the phone was sent from them. I just lost it. Asurion customer service is the worst. This is a big scam, they take your money and send you a defective product, and then deny sending it to you.

Sprint service. I-Phone lost. Phone replacement received ample time. Too bad I-Phone is a refurbished phone with a defect in the screen. Got the run around. Paid $200.00 deductible, received scrap phone. Asurion should be out of business and sued for all money they have ripped from customers. All monthly fees and deductables should be returned to the customers that have been taken over the electronic insurance road.

Asurion insurance is a rip-off – AT&T charged me 10 bucks a month for the coverage & they charged me $199 to replace my new phone with a slacker refurbished one… slap me silly – but we are canceling the insurance.

I have had a great experience with Asurion. I went on line to file my claim. The website took me through a step by step process and before I knew it, I was done. My phone arrived in 2 business days. I filed on a Sunday and received it on Tuesday. Sure it is a refurbished phone. I don’t mind at all. The phone I received actually is a newer model than what I previously had. I am very, very happy!! Thank you!

Paying towards insurance and protecting the device every month. just filed a claim and paid the deductible just to receive a defective device. It started malfunctioning the next day. Now Asurion wants me to take my device to the repair center.

don t know anything about your Asurion Wireless on my checking account 2/4/2014 I don’t have you as a phone service or anything remotely close do not have ever had Asurion on my checking acct 2/4/2014 contact your support and can not reach anyone need this corrected asap
