I agreed to the trial membership for Amazon Prime in order to get free 2-day shipment which was supposed to arrive on Saturday Dec. 21st by 8:00pm only to find that I would not receive until Monday Dec. 23rd. The items I ordered are very special holiday gifts which I need before Christmas. I am very upset that I was informed via email and in my Amazon account that I could expect delivery on the Dec. 21st and have that not be the case. A replacement order had to be made and I am trying to have confidence that this second order will be delivered by Monday Dec. 23rd as promised by the customer service representative.

    I do not work for Amazon, but I am a member of their Prime service, so I will do my best to help you with your problem.

    Your Amazon Prime membership is good for one full year. (if you purchased a one year subscription) I can’t tell you why you were billed twice, unless you inadvertently placed your order twice. I suggest calling Amazon directly (just search for ‘contact Amazon phone’, and an agent will help you with the charge issue.

  4. Kindle person helped some problems I was having by ‘re-registering my kindle fire. The only bad thing is I lost my already paid for Amazon prime yearly fee. Kindle person put me on hold to check with amazon. When returned I was told I would receive credit to pay for the year already paid for to apply to new fees on Amazon prime.

    I have e-mailed over and over with no reply

  5. Amazon charge me $85.72 I didn’t order anything and I was surprised I was charged. I know I didn’t log on amazon awhile I just back from my trip.please fix it as soon as possible

  6. Two questions: first Is prime a monthly charge of 79.00$, if so I would like to cancel the order.

    Secondly, Amazon deducted from my checking account 79.95 on 1/15/13 and agin on 1/28/13. WHY???????

  7. Your website charged me 83.74 US dollars on November 24th but I did not purchase anything and I didn’t even have access to the Internet on that day. Also I checked my order but there was nothing on my list that cost me 83.74 dollars. It must be a mistake so please fix it as soon as possible.

  8. I was missing a $225 GPS from my Amazon order. There was no way to contact Amazon ~ no email address or 800 number. I had to search the Internet to find the 800 number. The customer service representative replaced the item. Of course, now I have to wait another week. I am disappointed with the fact that Amazon doesn’t share important information directly on their website.

  11. also scammed by this number by using a google search of “amazon prime customer service”. they informed me that someone in germany was using my account “as we spoke” and they tried to give me a website so they could remotely access my computer (all while asking what i did for a living and if i was single). red flag. the rep then told me that the only way to receive my refund was for a kiss. (i was furious and asked to speak with a supervisor (still completely unsure of what exactly was happening) the supervisor informed me that i could get a refund if i “kissed his jerk”

    these people are horrendous.

    real amazon #866-216-1072 – they were extremely helpful and courtesy even after i was upset regarding my first dilemma. the rep also went along with my requests of him verifying that this time i was in fact calling the correct number.

  15. I bought 2 cell phones on August 17 with a cover. The 3 of them appear as delivered in your site on Aug the 30th, but I only received the cover. I have already waited for more than 2 weeks. It appears as the carrier was AMZL US.which has no number to contact. I am very concerned, this has never happened before and I think i have already waited too long. The seller contacted me to know my satisfaction level, but I never received the products. I can’t find a way to solve this problem and I would like my money back.

  16. I have had an account with this company since 1988. Today 5/5/2014 I can not open my account and I can not get a new password. All I get are crazy symbols to retype and it just keep going in a circle back and forth nothing goes beyond this point. Of course there is so phone number costumer service for this exact problem. NO HELP CAN NOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN NO LONGER USE MY ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. FINE GOOD BYE I WILL FIND A MORE HELPFUL COMPANY TO BUY FROM.
