I ordered Hot thai kitchen , you sent everything thai , I canceledorder you asked why, I said wrong book was sent you asked name of right book and said you would sens free of charge and send right book . I checked orderes and you were still going to resend everything thai AGAIN canceled that order and had to order HOT THAI KITCHEN hope right book comes this time.Other book is on its way back.

Well, they returned the $12.99 the next day. But, reading all these comments of similar experiences shows something ‘fishy’ in the works with our debit/credit card accounts.

They charged me $12.99 and I never ordered anything from them since 2014. Very suspicious and not cool! We will see if I get my debit account refunded in full in “2 to 5 business days”. And why so difficult to contact by phone?!? If no, money then a phone call to the AG office! 🙁

I am receiving People Magazines in which I did not subscribe to. Whether free or otherwise, I would like this subscription and any other that might be sent to me. I do not read magazines. I was charged 130$ for a Prime membership that I never signed up for. I called them the next day and they refunded me no questions asked. Yes, it seems there is something fishy going on here because I never signed up for this membership in the first place and I can see that it has happened to at least 4-5 others in the comments here. But, they did refund me my money with no hassle, and they canceled my membership and said I will not be charged again. Hopefully, that is true, however, I was pleased with the hassle-free reimbursement. Hope everyone else has the same experience.
