  2. I ordered fios in march its april 12 instalation date no one came horrible service verizon and horrible start for frontier for not taking over the proper way this will go on facebook and ttust me you will lose 20 custumers

  3. On August 22 your tech, Stephen McCarthy came to add Fios TV to my package. After looking inside and out he stated he could go in the attic (the original internet and phone was done in the attic) but “it’s would be hot”. After all the needed installation the 40″ hdtv was showing all people with blue skin and coloring–which was not the case the day before. He explained that it couldn’t be anything he had done. With that he left. After calling and questioning Fios, Robert Jimenez came and worked a long time and discovered that the DVR was faulty and swapped it out for a new one. Everything now works fine. Thank you for sending Mr. Jimenez to fix what Mr. McCarthy couldn’t

  4. This is THE worst example of Customer Service I’ve ever seen. After my husband spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone we were told that a technician would be here TODAY, AUGUST 3RD between 1 and 5. Of course, they did not show and when we called to complain they had no record of the call!!

    After spending ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours on the phone today we were told they can’t get someone here until FRIDAY!

    Again, they said between 1 and 5. This problem should have been handled IMMEDIATELY TONIGHT. This is NOT the way to treat your customers.

    I would expect some kind of credit on my bill as an apology for such bad Customer Service. We are paying a lot of money to you every month and I expect to have my service work.

  5. actually the stars should be MINUS 5! you have no cs. as a communications co u are atrocious! u don’t communicate. all you do idss randomly send out bills ans as a 800lb gorilla, u threaten to destroy credit ratings for non-payment. u don’t even try to understand problems-just assumje custer is afu , when it is really u who is afu.

  6. My triple play was installed on 3/23/2016 in Forest Hills. I must commend your service professional ( I don’t know his name). He arrived promptly, told me how he was going the address the installation and went about his work. He was very Professional and exacting. He knew exactly how to proceed without any hiccups. He finished his work and My TV, Phone, and internet worked seamlessly. Bravo

  7. VERIZON SUCKS! As a 30 year employee that retired because I saw the cesspool that the company had become! Comcast NEVER had me call 12x and get 1live person at Verizon wireless which was not what I called, and promised I would not have the 28-34 minute wait times I had on my many previous attempts!!!!!!!! Verizon people sell your stock!!!!! Invest elsewhere because whilst we lose service though paying our bills, trust me, again as an ex- employee of more than 30 years they are money hungry greed mongers who actually raided their”lower management’s” pension plans to employ their own greedy ambitions. Got proof.

  9. Caller ID issues……. It seems that when we upgraded the router the CID alert stopped working on our TVs. We tried correcting the issue using the on screen prompts, but it was a no go. Called CS and spoke with Coreena. Not sure what she did but we back up and running in less than 15 mins. If it were not for that annoying automated voice prompts system I would have given it a 5 star rating.

  10. After being a 15-year client of Verizon, having a pretty costly package I was told that my rates would be increasing. On top of that, I was having issues with a set top box. I attempted to get the issue resolved several times, and still we had no luck. I was told that the only way for me to keep my current pricing was to agree to a two-year extension of my service contract. I did so with the understanding that I had 14 days to cancel my order. After doing a little research, I found that I got similar services with another carrier and saved $75/mo. It was with a heavy heart as I was a loyal client that I switched carriers.

  11. Very good online service via chat. The technician addressed my concern regarding location of a new FIOS cable installation in my yard. He also updated my STB software promptly and courteously based on some pixelization issues with recorded programs

  12. Last year you dropped the Weather Channel. You replaced it with an automated weather channel. We live in Florida and it showed the weather in California for a good ten minutes and since we were in the middle of a severe storm, I had to go elsewhere. I miss the Weather Channel programs and people. Please bring it back, the other channel stinks.

  13. I pay my Verizon bill with online my checking. I do not receive any paper billing. September my computer was hacked – closed my bank account, reopened new acct. I have tried countless times contacting customer service, DEAD END. I tried logging on to my acct info but my user name was not correct. I have 2 bills due (Sept-Oct). After a month and 1/2, Today I finally received C.S. live person. She was very understanding of my plight, giving me the info I need to pay my bill. Very dissatisfied with the lack of help from anyone up until this point.

I am a current Verizon customer for the past 5 yrs and my bill has gone up 50 percent I called to change my package to something less exspensive im told because im a customer with them now there is nothing I can do except save 20 dollars big deal since my monthly bill is over 200 a mouth if I were a new customer I could save 150 a month im not in a contract so I guess they don’t want to keep customers time switch to cox so much for being a loyal customer

  15. Started my computer a week ago and was informed that my email was now being handled by AOL. If I had wanted AOL to handle my email, I would have signed them as a provider years ago. Under Verizon, I had several separate groups I sent emails. With AOL these groups are bundled into one group and now involve the separation of several hundred. Today, I received an email with a PDF attachment which would not open. I called 866-633-3265 for assistance and got a recording (what a surprise). I was informed that due to the large amount of people transferring to AOL an operator wouldn’t be available for 25 minutes. Listen up! I didn’t transfer. I was forced into this mess. To add insult to injury, the recording informed me that I was only allowed a certain amount of free minutes and after that I would be charged for inquiring how to fix something that got screwed up when transferred to AOL. From my previous experiences, this is normal operating procedure for Verizon phone service. I was hoping computer service would be better.

I tried to get in touch by phone was all automated over and over again when I did get through they put me on hold forever so I hung up and tried again they did the same again then I went in person they did the same to me your customer service is lousy’ all I want to. Do was to bring to your attention that we had a flash flood in our area and one of your lids from your FiOS boxes is missing and need to be replaced before a person or a child falls into the and get seriously hurt’ I took pictures of it if someone gets hurt you can get sued. Please take care of it

  17. I really like my verizon service I have no complaints, I always have my service, but you bundle with direct tv and they are the worst company on earth. You should rethink bundling with them because they make your company look bad. I know as soon as I can I will go with someone else. I just wish you had your cable service in my community, cypress lakes lakeland fl. I would have signed up in a minute.

  18. For Customer Service Rep Benjamin Z138478: Extremely happy with his attention to my reception dilemma after 2 prior service calls. Benjamin went through a gamut of diagnostics, isolating the problem with our service line in. He scheduled a prompt service call completed today with the findings that the line into the residence was not connected properly. After some push back from the previous reps, it was good to have someone like Benjamin and he should be acknowledged.

  19. No customer service in United States, Customer’s services are ruthless and Verizon doesn’t care about customer after you signed contract with them. It take 3 days for them to send technical service if your service down.
