TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM AND CANNOT GET A RETURN LABEL OR REFUND AUTHORIZATION. AFRAID TO RETURN IT ON MY OWN AS THEY PROBABLY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. BOUGHT THIS THRU AMAZON. NEVER A PROBLEM WITH AMAZON BUT THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.
Ordered a motion sensor lamp through walmart.com from Dr B Roth/Ritz Camera, this was the cheapest, cheesiest looking thing I had ever seen. I had to pay to send it back through UPS, almost as much as the item cost and was told that I would not be refunded my shipping cost. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY they will rip you off!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A REAL RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED A SET OF STAINLESS STEEL BREADING DISHES. THEY SENT ME A SET THAT WAS MUCH, MUCH SMALLER THAN WHAT I ORDERED. I REFERRED THEM TO THE ITEM #, MY ORDER # AND THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. THE SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, A WOMAN NAMED BIANCA, MADE UP EXCUSES AS SHE WENT ALONG. SHE IS EITHER GROSSLY INCOMPETENT, TOTALLY LACKS INTEGRITY OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company really stinks. All the negative reviews are right. They don’t respond and you can’t get hold of them other than emails that are answered with all “standard responses” that don’t resolve anything. I bought a water pick type device which failed twice so far within the year. Each time they want you to pay to return and it will cost me about 60% of the original cost. They know there is this problem because there are numerous comments about it but won’t and don’t take care of it. You can’t get them by phone either.
Wow! Talk about bad reviews. My experience was totally different. I purchased a Sony pocket radio which was defective and in just about a week a perfect replacement was sent with apologies for the inconvenience. No hassle.

No stars at all! Trying to get repair on a dehumidifier…..unable to reach anyone at all. item only worked for 3 months!
