  1. Hi, My name is Josh Carrejo I’m sorry but I want to file a complaint. Ordered a pizza last night, pizza was burnt and not good all. Sorry don’t ever do this but my buddy and I have had stomach aces since eating it and have been to the bathroom several times. Only ate two pieces, still have the pizza in the fridge. Could take a picture if you’d like. Would please like a refund or some kind of promo. Very disappointed love dominoes. Waste of $20. Even thinking of filing a complaint to the BBB. Thanks

    That deal exists for only one week out of the year.

    Aside from this one week, there’s no other time this deal is available.

  3. I work at the Dominoes store here in Jackson Tennessee. I know for sure that verbal abuse by management is against the law. Part of my job responsibilities is to fill the soda cooler each morning and since i began doing that I always throw the sodas from the day before away as part of the job. I came in from my final run yesterday and Trina (manager) asked me in a yelling tone did I fill the soda cooler. I calmly told her yes and she continuously kept screaming at me that I owed her a soda because I threw hers out not knowing it was to be kept in there. On top of all I was asked to work 6 hours to cover a call out and because of a soda she took that from me as well. The manager that approved me staying over made sure beforehand it wouldnt give me overtime. That manager also checked me out at my scheduled time and said she had been verbally attacking everyone since she had stepped in the door. I dont know what to do cause I need my job and the main store manager hasnt been in for almost 2 weeks

  4. I can’t think of a worse food option. From being completely rude to seeing the cocroaches when I went down to the establishment, this place was horrid!! Please stay away!!!! Do not order. Point. Blank.

  5. JAN,7,2017 I’M PUTTING A COMPLAINT ON THE DOMINOS PIZZA IN CHARLESTOWN MAIN STREET 02129. I DON’T KNOW THE NUMBER OF THE STORE. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED 4 MEDIUM PIZZAS, 2 PEPPERONI, 1 CHEESE AND 1 PINAPPLE AND CHICKEN, ALL FOUR PIZZAS WERE OVER COOKED, ESPECIALLY THE CHEESE PIZZA WHICH WAS BURNT. MY DAUGHTER CALLED THE STORE FIRST, AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PIZZA TO THE MANAGER KEVIN AND HE SAID HE DIDN’T CARE IF HE LOSES OUR BUSINESS, THAT ALL WE DO IS COMPLAIN, THE LAST TIME WE COMPLAINED WAS A WEEK AND A HALF AGO, WE FOUND A HAIR IN THE PINAPPLE AND CHICKEN PIZZA. AND THEN I CALLED, MY NAME IS KAY, I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND I TOLD TO COME AND GET THE PIZZA BECAUSE THREE WERE OVER COOKED AND ONE WAS BURNT. KEVIN GAVE ME A HARD TIME AND I TOLD HIM IF I COULD DRIVE I WOULD THE PIZZA TO HIM. AND HE SAID HE DIDN’T CARE IF I CALLED THE COOPERATION AND COMPLAINED BECAUSE WE COMPLAINED ANYWAYS. I ONLY CALLEDE THREE TIMES TO COMPLAIN SINCE THE STORE WAS IN CHARLESTOWN. THE FIRST TIME I COMPLAINED WAS BECAUSE THE CHEESE PIZZA WAS BURNT. THE SECOND TIME WAS BECAUSE THE PIZZA HAD A HAIR IN IT AND THEY DIDN’T WANT TO HEAR IT. AND THEN THE THE 7TH OF JANUARY 2017 THREE PIZZAS WERE OVER COOKED AND THE CHEESE PIZZA WAS BURNT AND THEY DIDN’T CARE IF I PUT A COMPLAINT IN SO I AM.

  6. I ordered from the Roselle location in NJ and it was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. All I ordered was two small subs a bag of chips and a soda. I placed my order online and was prompted that it would take 12-22 minutes however after waiting 40 minutes i called the location several times and no one picked up the phone. After about another ten minutes I called them back and when someone picked up the phone they would just hang up on me. Finally about the fifth time of that I got a chance to speak with and associate who informed me that they had stopped picking up the phone because they were all on break. When I asked about the status of my order they told me that it would be a least another 25-30 minuted though the order tracker for Dominos showed my order was ready to go out almost 40 minutes ago. The female associate i spoke with was rude and nasty I am a manager of a retail store and this service is unacceptable. I will no longer be ordering from Dominos and will do everything in my power to deject anyone else from ordering there again.

  7. Every time we order something wrong happened. We have ordered 4 singles from Ramgodnahalli branch, after 10 mins on the internet it says “govind is on his way to deliver your pizza”. After 30 mins finally we called. becuase our hours is 1.5 KM from our house still 20 mins and the delivery is on the way, We called again in an hour and the manager said that the delivery is on the way. After 1.45 hrs we started cooking because no one is picking up the call and No one came for delivery. And when they reached in after 2 hrs of time finally we are already half done with cooking.

  8. i ordered a pan pizza on sat at4.48, when went to pay tried to charge me $15.00 a 4 topdressings i said last time i was here it was$9.99, he fixed it right a way. now some my complaint i understand the it takes 15 min to make a pizza, BUT with 4 people in the store it took 30min. when i wen to eat it he dough was still dough in the middle, tasted lit fake cheese, cheap ingredients. i will not order again, seance last time i ordered ti it was great. but this time was horrible had to toss it out. all this happened at the Harvard place my order 108960960, AT4.48 name Steve.i paid in CASH.
