Local Store, Delivery, and Carryout Help

For immediate help with a Domino’s order, contact the local store that prepared the food. Domino’s says customers who need immediate assistance with an order placed with a local store should reach out to that store for help. This is usually the fastest route for missing food, incorrect items, delivery timing, carryout pickup, or a problem that can still be fixed the same day.

If the store does not answer, does not resolve the issue, or the problem involves repeated service concerns, use Domino’s customer support tools. Include the store location, order date, time, order number, and a clear description of what happened.

Online Orders, Domino’s App, and Tracker Problems

Domino’s online ordering, app, Pizza Profile, and Tracker tools can create issues such as failed orders, missing confirmation emails, payment authorizations, incorrect store selection, rewards not applying, or confusion about order status. Check your confirmation email or app order history before contacting support.

If the app or website appears to charge you but the local store does not have the order, contact the store and Domino’s support. Also check your payment account to see whether the charge is a pending authorization or a posted charge.

Refunds, Remakes, Delivery Problems, and Store Complaints

Refunds, remakes, credits, and replacements may depend on the store, timing, payment method, franchise ownership, and what happened with the order. Call the store as soon as possible if the problem involves wrong food, missing items, late delivery, cold food, damaged food, or a driver issue.

If the store cannot help or you need a written record, use Domino’s customer support bot or email form. Keep screenshots, photos, receipt details, and notes from your calls, but do not post private order or payment information publicly.

Domino’s Rewards, Pizza Profile, Coupons, and Offers

Domino’s Rewards and Pizza Profile issues can involve missing points, failed login, locked accounts, expired offers, coupon terms, or local store participation. Confirm that you are signed into the correct account and that your order meets the offer terms before filing a support request.

If rewards points or offers do not apply, provide your account email or phone number privately through Domino’s official support route. Avoid posting account screenshots that show private information.

Gift Card and Payment Issue Help

For Domino’s gift card issues, use official Domino’s support resources. Do not share full gift card numbers, PINs, receipt barcodes, card screenshots, or payment confirmation pages in a public comment.

If you see an unfamiliar Domino’s charge, compare the amount and date to recent delivery, carryout, online, app, or phone orders. If the charge still looks wrong, contact the local store, Domino’s support, and your card issuer as appropriate.

Nutrition, Ingredients, Allergens, and Gluten-Free Crust

Domino’s provides official nutrition, ingredient, allergen, and gluten-free crust information through its customer support resources. If you have a serious allergy, medical condition, or dietary restriction, review Domino’s official information and contact the store before ordering. Restaurants may use shared equipment, ovens, prep areas, and ingredients, so CustomerServiceNumbers.com cannot provide medical, allergy, dietary, or ingredient-safety advice.

Website Accessibility and Data Privacy Help

Domino’s lists a website accessibility phone number for customers using a screen reader who have problems using the website. For privacy or data-related concerns, use Domino’s official privacy and support resources rather than posting account or personal information in a public review.

Domino’s Scam and Privacy Warning

Watch out for fake Domino’s coupon pages, fake rewards offers, fake gift card giveaways, lookalike ordering sites, and unofficial phone numbers that claim to provide Domino’s customer service. Use Domino’s official website, app, local store locator, customer support bot, or verified corporate contact information.

Never share your full payment card number, gift card PIN, Domino’s account password, delivery address, phone number, email address, order confirmation screenshot, or receipt barcode in a public comment. If you post photos, cover private details and avoid showing drivers, employees, customers, or minors without permission.

How to Escalate a Domino’s Complaint

  1. Contact the local Domino’s store first for immediate order, delivery, carryout, or manager issues.
  2. Keep your receipt, order confirmation, store location, order date, and order time.
  3. If the local store cannot resolve the issue, use Domino’s customer support bot or email form.
  4. For app, rewards, account, or payment issues, include only the private account details requested through official support channels.
  5. If the issue involves repeated store problems, franchise concerns, or corporate escalation, use Domino’s corporate contact information after trying store and customer support routes first.

What to Expect When Contacting Domino’s

Domino’s support may ask for the local store, order number, order date, payment method, customer name, email, phone number, and a short description of the problem. For store-specific complaints, the support team may route the issue back to the local store, franchise operator, or regional management.

Refunds, remakes, credits, coupons, and rewards corrections are not guaranteed. The outcome may depend on the order type, store policy, franchise ownership, timing, documentation, and whether the store had a chance to correct the issue.

Domino's Sedona AZ Pricing Issue

June 1, 2015

Domino’s, Earlier this week I was in the Domino’s in Sedona AZ, I noticed the large menu on display – Hot Sandwiches for $5.95. Today I order one off the same menu, when the clerk quoted me a total over a dollar more, I questioned the amount. He informed me the owner has not got around to changing the prices on the display since the

prices have increased. Naturally, the hourly worker could not honor the advertised price – above his pay grade

or too much trouble. All that money spent on advertising and all you can do is alienate customers in order to

make a single dollar. Sedona is a small town and word travels fast.
