  1. This website it terrible! I’m just trying to pay my bill. I received a message that there were failed log-in attempts and I now have to reset my password. I can only reset the password by calling them. On hold for over 20 mins. for the second time…the first time we were disconnected

  2. Have tried countless times to reach someone to unlock my account and cannot get anyone to answer. Called while traveling so that I could hold for an hour or two if necessary. Still have never been able to reach anyone! I am on hold for the 4th or 5th time as I write this. I give up…

  3. If I could give a zero I would. I called for months to complain about the website and NEVER got through – would get a message that said as such.

    Finally got through today — there is only an 800 number, no email, no address. The person on the customer service line was going to report my complaint, but when I asked her to repeat it to me it was not what I was complaining about. She gave me a different number to call to complain and the guy who answered there gave me the 800 number I had just called to call! UG.

    All I want to do it be able to list all of my transactions for the month and sort them by category — it was the only way you could sort them previously (called Expense View) — and see them in one continuous list. They way I can sort doesn’t work for me, I have to pick each category individually and then it doesn’t even give me a subtotal. If I sort by month and then by all categories it breaks them up into little groups — a couple Groceries here, a couple of Dining Out, then further down a few more Groceries together and then more Dining Out, etc..

    I really do NOT like the new website — they make is fancier, but more clumsy.

    I really really do NOT like that you can’t get any help or assistance from them and there is only one way to contact them.

  4. IF I WERE THE WEBMASTER, I WOULD RUN AND HIDE FROM THIS SITE! CALLS FOR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFO DO NOT GET ANSWERED…. NEW PASSWORDS DO NOT WORK….HUMAN VOICES ARE REPLACED BY ROBOTS..

    I AM LEAVING THIS BANKING SERVICE AS SOON AS I CAN GET TO THE LOCAL BRANCH!

  5. This company is ridiculous. They make changes to their website with no notice, don’t have payment information available, and now, I am stuck in some kind of loop unable to access my credit card information online. I highly suggest you run from any offers of any credit cards that use eZcard to manage their visa accounts. I will be closing my account with my credit union as this is nothing but continual frustration. Rating would be at a minus number if that was possible. Hold times are outrageous and just to get to a person who will do nothing more but apologize and follow a script. No actual solutions offered.

  6. I could barely understand the person who answered the phone. After several years of using the same account, I was told that it was not working because of the browser I am using and I need to download Google Chome and try that. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Why would a web site only work with one browser???
