Fox News Customer Support Reviews and Complaints

When considering tuning into Fox News, it’s helpful to review customer service feedback. Fox News competes with other major news networks such as CNN, MSNBC, and ABC News. Customer reviews often highlight Fox News’ coverage of breaking news, political commentary, and talk shows that align with conservative viewpoints. Many viewers appreciate the network’s focus on providing alternative perspectives and its strong lineup of commentators and anchors. However, some complaints focus on issues related to perceived bias in reporting, the accuracy of news coverage, and the responsiveness of customer support, particularly when handling subscription or streaming issues.
Comparing Fox News with other networks like CNN, MSNBC, and ABC News can help you determine which news outlet offers the best combination of content, perspective, and customer support for your news consumption needs.

Can't Login And Comment On Fox

October 1, 2018

I am a patriotic 82 year old American male who only watches Fox. I sometimes like to make comments after reading a story. Lately, though, when I start to type my comment, I am instructed to “log in”, Problem is, I can’t. the page with the Fox logo is always blank and there is no way for me to log in. Am I being censored? and if so why?

Dear Fox,

I have watched your network for quite a while. It was nice to have a network that reported on what’s going on in our country, without all of the negativity you hear from other news outlets. However, some of your quests have not held back on their dislike for our president. Even some of your employees, who I feel, would be better served at CNN or MSNBC, such as Juan Williams and Shepard Smith. Once upon a time, I watched those other networks until they became unrecognizable. Their coverage and their hate for our president became unbearable. I hope you are not going to become like the other networks. Without your network conservatives may have a difficult time trying to find an what’s going on in the world.
