We have a Grohe Blue Chilled & Sparkling water filter system that no one seems to be able to tell me how I can get it repaired or how I can submit a warranty claim. This is not an inexpensive unit and I have been trying since November to get answers. I have spoken to customer service numerous times, spoken to technical assistance a number of times, been told how to “fix” the unit (unsuccessfully), been given names of plumbing companies who either don’t know the unit or are too far away to be helpful and have basically been abandoned by the company. This is a unit that is under warranty, but no one seems to be able to tell me how we can get it repaired. You can imagine our frustration. Can someone please help with this problem. Thank you.
I have a 15 year old Grohe shower system that wasn’t working properly. A plumber advised I needed a new thremostat cartridge. When I contacted Grohe service, I received a response within a couple days and was wonderfully advised that they would mail me a replacement part (retail value now about $130!) completely gratis. It arrived today….GREAT work David and Grohe customer service. I’ll buy your products next time too. Thanks.

Concur…mutiple emails, called and hung up three times after waiting for 20 minutes. They are the worst.
Never going to buy one of there faucets again.
