  1. I am in the same boat. Stones fell out of my necklace after not having worn it even 3 times!! Calling gets me nowhere. If you don’t know the extension, which no one does!!!, then they say go to the email address. SUPPOSEDLY they get back to you in 24-48 hours. NOT!!!!! No one has gotten back to me at all. I am sick and tired of trying to get answer from them. I have a feeling this is what happens to anyone who tries to get hold of this company about their shoddy jewelry.

  2. I too am STILL WAITING for my 126.00 worth of jewelry that I ordered in Dec. What a sham, I don’t think we will be getting either our money OR OUR ORDER… Rip off company

    I’m in the same position as you Ordered on Dec 4th funds taken Dec 5th.

    On the recorded message when you call it says to e-mail their customer service.

    Hope we get a positive outcome 🙂

  4. My story is about the same as everyone else’s, I received an email on Dec. 26, 2015 telling me my item had ship. It’s now Jan 13 and i have yet to see the earrings. I emailed them 2 times with no response. This is very bad business!!!

  5. I placed an order on December 6, 2014 for 9 items and only received 5 of them. They were not marked out of stock on the receipt….just weren’t in the package with the rest of the items. I have not received a refund as of 2/1815 and it’s impossible to reach anyone. You can’t even reach them by email. I’m very disappointed in their lack of concern for their loyal customers. They don’t even have the decency to communicate with their demonstrators!

    I wish there was something else we could do to get some satisfaction here…or at least, get our money back!

    Unfortunately, you can’t even give them a negative rating since they won’t let that happen either!

  6. I have had Lia Sofia jewelry for several years, although I am happy with it I need to know about your return policy. The jewelry is still in the original boxes.

  8. This company is awful and I am frustrated that there is nothing I can do to get my necklace replaced that I never wore that stones are missing.
