Purchased a washer and dryer combo from Maytag

October 14, 2018

Purchased a washer and dryer combo a month ago and had called Maytag immediately saying that the washer had ripped my shirts. Asked for a repairman to come and take a look. Never heard from customer service. I wrote a letter to Maytag Corp. office informing them of my issues. Again no response. Wrote to the BBB of my issues of never hearing back from Maytag. One day without notice a repairman showed up to observe what the washer was doing to my clothes. He mentioned that ne knows nothing about Maytag products as he is employed by Whirlpool. After some six additional calls to the corp. office I have still not heard back on my issues. The washer and dryer are junk! I cannot nor will I ever recommend Maytag products. Where is the customer service? He is on TV and doesn’t have time to service any of Maytag’s products.
